Pastries served too cold, too bad it masks the tastes. Services to improve, order error but no apology, I even had the impression of disturbing. Having my arm in a sling with a cast and therefore unable to open a bottle, my cold tea bottle was left without opening it and no discomfort. The setting is not enough, the service is really unpleasant and does not make you want to come back.

I find it unacceptable that we never find LeMatin Dimanche in this tea room. In addition, the service is deplorable. We sat for 10 minutes without a server coming to take down our order.

I have just experienced a surreal situation in this establishment with one of the waiters (the one who is very hot) a poorly educated person, I am a very regular customer, several times he served me the same bread, today it is his colleague who served me, she, she didn't know the name of the bread, I had forgotten the name, I told her please ask your colleague the gentleman there he usually serves it to me, she asks him and he out loud , in front of me and in front of everyone he responds, “But I don’t know, Madam, the bread you usually eat, what do you think? that I will remember everyone? It's not the first time but this time it was too much he made me feel ashamed in front of everyone present.

Very attentive staff, special mention to Céline, the avocado toast is to die for. We loved the warm atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Go for it with your eyes closed, it feels like home!

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a strawberry plant on Monday for Sunday October 8.45, the seller told me. I end up with an all-fruti for 59.-?!? Not only is the price difference enormous, but the cake is very simple, with some fresh fruit decorations and the rest with BOXED FRUITS 🤢 This is unacceptable from a professional pastry chef, and afterwards you will complain that the customers go to Migros! 😡

Not the best prices, little milk bread topped with cheese for more than 5frs.. Update: I went back there, I had a ham milk bread sandwich for which I paid 6.30frs, still not the best value for money.

Amazing place VERY FRIENDLY STAFF and great bread some of the best I've ever had throughout my travels hats off to them for having such a welcoming and friendly environment. The bread even had an edible stamp of the bakery just to mention the attention to details 👌🏻

Paying 4frs 50 for half a cup of cold chocolate is a bit excessive, plus their change of decor is no longer as pretty, it looks like a refectory 🤔

They refurbished the cafe and it now looks much better. Quality is good and is one of the few coffee shops open early on Saturday

I think it's great that they participate in the good to go app, it is ethical not to throw away food and that they save losses with cheaper prices. Today 3 of us had a super delicious and cheap dinner with that option and even so there were leftover pastries (not shown in the photo) and cakes that we will have for breakfast. Everything was very good and the treatment was great from the staff.

8.3 CHF for a fresh fruit juice, medium size. It's already not cheap, but when in the house offer "Orange/Lemon/Ginger" lemon and ginger each give themselves an extra, it raises the fresh fruit juice to more than 10 CHF. I agree that Geneva and Eaux-Vives are not known to be cheap, but we should stop going overboard all the same. Question quality and dosage, I have nothing to say, it's true, but the note does not invite you to come back.

A large selection of fresh fruit/vegetable juices, one of the rare places in Geneva where you can still find greubon cuts. The place is not the most welcoming but that is largely due to the architecture of the place. Afterwards, that does not detract from the quality of the service and the products.

Nice place, the price of coffee is excessive. 3.90 chf the bill goes up quickly if there are several of you. Quality service.

I frequent this place once or twice a day. I go there for the waitresses, their kindness, their smiles, Soukaina, Jasmine, Léa, Lucie, Naouel…. I don’t go there for the bread or the decoration. I have lived in the neighborhood for 35 years and there are bakeries with much better bread and coffee right in the neighborhood. I don't go there for the prices, there are much cheaper places nearby. I don't go there for the products, many of which are filled with animal gelatin, ... two bakeries in the neighborhood sell us products without animal gelatin and without hidden alcohol in all their products. I go there solely for the team of waitresses and their professionalism and their extraordinary kindness. I sometimes fear that they will break down in the face of unbearable customers, verbal attacks, notorious work overloads, etc. But they remain friendly and courteous... they are often flirted with outrageously in front of everyone and they dodge it with class and kindness. Their working conditions are often limited in what is acceptable...but they remain extraordinarily kind and professional. The day they leave, I will no longer set foot in Pouly, the area is full of better and cheaper bakeries. And I can assure you that there are many clients who think like me. It is time to react and do everything to improve their working qualities, it is a profession that people are deserting, not without reason. It is up to Pouly and their hierarchies to react, it is soon too late... thank you very much to the work team and a lot of urgent questions for the management team... because you too can lose your job if you continue to forget that customers come for them... have a good day. It is a must-see place in the Eaux-Vives district, one of the few air-conditioned Tearooms in the district, which is not insignificant this summer. Soukaina and Jasmine's smiles allow me to start my day in a good mood, thank you for that. Too bad they no longer serve savory specialties at breakfast time (English speakers will appreciate it)

Lovely staff, but 3rd Sunday in a row that there is no croissant or pain au chocolat. For a bakery it’s the height EDIT: 2 months after this review, I went back 4x, EACH time, not a single pastry, and no more bread. I would never go back there again. Go to Céline and Sébastien, it's nearby, the staff is smiling, it's cheaper, and at least they have things to sell. Pouly, you'd better close if you don't want to sell anything.

A croque monsieur moist inside, wet underneath and cold. A disgusting ham croissant and still raw on the inside, a "dropping" of ham was only in the end and partly outside the croissant. Never again.

I'm a local and a regular. At least once a day I go there for coffee and croissant. Excellent, quiet and friendly team. The place is very close to the Geneva fountain and therefore a bit busy on sunny days. Great and quiet space inside to talk and rest. Kudos to the team!

Most of the time the pastries are of good quality, but for some time now, I have often obtained pieces that are significantly drier than the others. Too bad for the prices asked, we expect impeccable quality.

No covid pass check in this establishment!!!!!! The waitress was very unpleasant, we asked for hot spills, and when we said they were lukewarm instead of apologizing her response was: and then!!!!!! the quiche ordered arrived too late and was also burnt; we refused it.

Fantastic bakery with all the options you can think of set very close to the lake and has plenty of seating options. Also opens very early so you can be sure to catch whatever morning drink or breakfast you need on weekends too.

Pouly à baissé en qualite notamment pour le pain paillasse insuffisamment cuit la plus part de temps et beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la Coop ou la Migros revenu à la hauteur. le personnel à la limite de l' amabilité.Au début j' étais un fidèle client enthousiasme au quotidien.......Aujourd' hui un lieu de dépannage le Dimanche. Il serait tant de se réveiller.Le succès ça s' entretien au quotidien et n'est jamais garanti....A bon entendeur: salut....
