Mythical establishment in Neuch’! The servers are welcoming and efficient. The terrace in summer and winter is very pleasant. The food is simple but good! For me it’s a YES!

Meal as a couple. We order drinks, 2 salads + 1 portion of fries. Disdain from the waiter, mind-blowing. The salads are arriving. The portion of fries never. I go to the toilet, I avoid 2 big puddles of piss. The kitchen is opposite the toilets which are very disgusting. I don't even understand why the hygiene department lets this happen. In addition, the terrace lit in red prevents you from seeing what you are eating. We won't come back. I don't see at all where the "prestige" comes from. From Orwell? War is peace, prison is freedom, and filth is prestige?

Burger without sauce on top or bottom. For the high price you can hope for a little sauce. :(

I ordered 2 5dl beers and I got 2 2.5dl beers and I insisted on getting another 2 2.5dl so i pay for 2 5dl in total. They said no problem. Anyway, they said i had to pay the 2.5dl and I didn‘t get another beer. Was not so busy, so not stress for the workers during this time.

Normal atmosphere, rather comfortable chairs and that's it. We waited more than 20 minutes without being calculated. Quite good, but VERY expensive for the plate it is.. The young manager with a lot of ego refused the 50% with the gourmet passport even though the reservation was made in advance! I will even add that payment by Twint was refused to me even though it is clearly noted that it is accepted! Not correct and NOT commercial!

Quite a good experience knowing that there were around fifteen of us for a birthday without reservation, they quickly found space for us on the terrace. The dishes were good like burgers, pizza, fried foods, salads. They gave us 2 bottles of proceco for the super nice birthday.

Forget this bar, the owner is really not friendly with the customers and the waiters are angry. It takes 15 francs to pay with the card when you don't have incredible change anyway. My avoidance will be better to go opposite.

RIP OFF Burgers and fries were cold. Buns dry and fries soggy. Price-performance ratio is not the same. Strawberry tea was delicious. Service ok.

Difficult to rate the cuisine given that after 1 hour I left this restaurant, because when I asked about my pizza I was told that the cook was busy working. (It's a bit strong to have a coffee set up that isn't finished by 12 p.m.). Mixed reception, I camped for a while on the empty terrace before a waiter took an interest in me. Subsequently very considerate however once my drink was served it disappeared. I would add that it is not possible to pay by card or twint below 20.- and that is really embarrassing for those who, like me, never have change on them.

Good place for a drink. However, victims of their success sometimes it is difficult to find space. In addition, the waiters are difficult to catch even when there are few people. So even when asking to pay directly to avoid having to try to call them afterwards, they tell us that they will come back with the bill but never do so. So we still have to call them back, which again isn't easy. In conclusion, you don't have to be in a hurry, it's still a good place to have a drink and the drinks are good 👍

Was here for lunch, really liked the dish of the day - marbled beef entrecote. The meat was juicy, the service was quick. We liked everything. I recommend👍

An amazing selection of salads and appetisers. Our company of friends were pleased. We were there on a Saturday and the atmosphere is great. Calm and at the same time feeling the life of this town. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We will be back again.

Food was served cold and was of low quality. No chicken in the menu but an interesting variety of seafoods. Unfortunately most of them are just frozen stuff. Location was nice, right within the old market square. It might be a place to meet friends and hangout for a few drinks unless there are other better options.

The Prestige Club in Neuchatel was an emergency solution for us and very disappointing. Given the overcrowded location, the waiter was totally stressed, disinterested and made no effort to speak Swiss German to us (only French) and also brazenly took a 10 franc “tip” onto the bill at the end. Of course, accidentally when asked - but he didn't apologize for it. The burgers are great and I can make them quicker, easier and tastier at home. Prestige Bar & Club - NO THANK YOU.

Fair rating for a fair meal. We ordered a veggie burger and a quinoa salad. The salad had no taste. The burger was nothing special. I recommend going for a drink only. The service was fast.

First of all the waiter came to question us several times when we were walking around Neuchâtel, then we chose to go there and the waiter was quickly insistent in taking our orders. He asked us at least 4 times in 5 minute intervals, then he walked around the table for us to order. We were still eating when he asked us to pay. Selection of staff to review and correct spelling errors on the map. The food was okay... I don't recommend.

Coffee / Cafe au lait was very bad (mostly milk, very weak coffee taste). If you want a good coffee, go somewhere else. Cashless payment only accepted for 10chf or more. Was not made aware of this when ordering. Needed to run to cash dispenser to get money. Very bad experience.

Food was reasonably priced and served quickly. Service OK There is room for improvement in terms of hygiene (dirty seat cushions, table a bit sticky).

Unfortunately, prestige is only the name of the restaurant, the rest is just acceptable. Food was okay, but nothing more. Despite the fact that the terrace was quite empty when I visited, it took a long time to be noticed before ordering and paying.
