Best staff I have ever encountered. Always very courteous and always helpful. We were never disappointed with the Prestige Bowling during our entire service in the nearby barracks. I recommend Wednesday evening ;)

Great evening on Wednesday, great staff

The Billiard Bar looked a bit shabby and there was little to drink and ease there. Bowling downstairs was lovely, fun and the cocktails were great and made by a real bartender. Recommended.

Rating: -5 stars (but unfortunately had to give one star) Table football, anyone who wants to play in the dark is welcome here. Air hockey had too little air, so the disc kept stopping. Unfortunately, the dart box didn't really work. Money not received back. The two tokens I had left could not be returned and had to be redeemed at the box with plush toys and at the box with balls (at the command of the barmaid). Unfortunately, the chip insertion did not work in the boxes mentioned above. If you don't want to talk, this is the right place (as the music is very loud). An hour of my life wasted here... Never again!

The facility itself is great and offers a variety of entertainment options with something for everyone. Unfortunately the staff is unmotivated and seems uninterested in the customers. The drinks have to be ordered and picked up at the bar, no glasses provided, and the prices are the same as a traditional bar. It's unfortunate! There is definitely still room for improvement here.

The bowling alley was as expected. Clearing away empty glasses and not asking if you wanted something new wasn't okay. Some of the staff are friendly, the other part is unmotivated. Facilities great and varied. Staff could be closer to customers.

I would give 5 stars but the staff wasn't that friendly, except for one. There was a bit of confusion when ordering because we as a group all had to go to the front to place our order. Otherwise you can do many things. We ordered laser tag twice. Otherwise it's a really great idea, there's something for everyone here.

Great location😍 Unfortunately there wasn't enough staff so we sometimes had to wait a long time. Unfortunately, the staff was also quite unmotivated and only concentrated on one thing. Rahel was motivated by opposites and tried very hard. Have very good service from her.

Nice big location. Lots of ways to play. The laser tag was very cool and a lot of fun. It was just a shame that the staff was few and so unmotivated. Thanks to Rahel we had a great evening. She was very friendly, motivated and served us VERY well.

The food was very good, but unfortunately there were a few staff there, which is why we sometimes had to wait a long time. However, a big thank you to Rahel :) She was always ready and gave us a warm welcome and service. Gladly again when she works!😁 (actually 4 stars for Rahel but the 5th)

Been here for the third time and for the last time!

I can only recommend the all-in! The center has so much to offer that it never gets boring. My son's children's birthday party was a great success and I would do it again and again, great combination offer. But you can also spend a spontaneous evening with friends or family here and no matter what day, they are always open. Yesterday I was able to celebrate my birthday at All-in and it was really awesome. It's really well organized, I can only recommend it! Great team and the atmosphere is great. Thank you very much for this unforgettable evening, I would love to come back!

Today we celebrated a children's birthday at All-in Bowling & Laser Tag. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was extremely friendly the whole time. The children had fun bowling and laser tag. Everything was ready and decorated at the place. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and we can only recommend this offer!

The bowling alleys are empty even on weekend evenings! Why? In 36° heat, no air conditioning... it was unreasonably warm and stuffy. In addition, you are not served at your seat. You have to order the drinks at the counter, pay for them, wait (or come back at some point if the drinks have been there for a while) and carry them to the trains yourself... a no go with a larger group. Why don't you close the store now and save yourself the operating costs?

The staff was nice...the burgers were also very good, although it was quite warm in the bowling center!

Expensive, and the women's toilet wasn't clean, there was water running down the wall that had probably been there for a long time, there were real marks on the wall, and a water pipe was also dripping, we had to be careful not to get wet, but at least it got wet A kettle was placed underneath, the water was really dirty. The food was good for that.

We were charged a drink worth 9.50 because we didn't consume it. In addition, one drink was charged too much. Now we are 14.40 francs less that we didn't even consume. Very unfortunate

Very nice local but very expensive compared to others nearby. For comparison, a day's ticket for skiing in St Moritz cost three hours of bowling

I find laser tag too expensive. If you play 4 rounds, at least the last two could cost half as much. I don't find the staff that competent either, at least one of them. They are usually not so friendly and also unfocused. We all paid by card and when we were already outside we had to go up again because she said a receipt was missing. When we got to the top we had to wait a long time again and only for her to tell us that she had now found the missing receipt.

Bowling and general games centre near Birmensdorf, ZH, Switzerland - lovely place, very friendly staff, funky glowing retro times. We didn’t try everything out there, it‘s typical for Swiss prices so would soon add up, but generally really good. Clean, fun, enough space for many people, takes parties. Comfy sofas for those observing. My only negative is the limited parking available, and it‘s not ideal on bus routes and train routes. We had a disabled guest with us so really had to use the parking on site.

I didn't find laser tag that exciting. You're not allowed to run.

I find it too expensive. It wasn't too busy but we must to wait every time for everything (drinks, snacks). Staff not too friendly and we was charge with 20% more. At the and we receive our money back but anyway....😔

It's absolutely unbelievable how the food order just doesn't work. The food and drinks are completely overpriced! Paid 15 for a 1.5 liter cola...The communication between the employees is also incredibly bad. Food was even forgotten from the order and no one could/wouldn't give us the drink at first. It's a real shame, we always enjoyed being there.

Super friendly and competent employees! Lasertac is awesome...eat the burgers in all facets and the selection of starters is also great for veggies! As a family, it's worth checking out the prices online beforehand! Prices for bowling etc.

Reserved 1.5 hours in advance. After a round, the children bowled a few more balls. We were charged for this as a whole round. Thank you very much, we won't be coming anymore.

We were visiting Zurich from Oslo Norway. This place is the worst place I've experienced in Swiss. We were 5 adults and 2 kids bowling, but I were charged 183CHF for 1.5H of time (which we reserved in advance). It included the beverage and chips, but they charged for 9 adults and 4 kids claiming they had restarted a new playing round last 10mins. They wanted us to pay another 128CHF just because of it, but we didn't pay. Still they had knowingly charged us around 40CHF above the rate. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We've often come to bowl and play laser tag. You can also play billiards and darts or smoke a shisha. Delicious burgers are available from the Big Burger Restaurant. Unfortunately, tables cannot be reserved for events, so a clear star deduction - 1🌟 and the staff unfortunately doesn't come when it's full.

It had been a great evening. Not to forget that the variety of great burgers are simply fantastic. You can really spend several hours there with the pool, playing darts, etc

Were here for the first time and found it to be a really good atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. The arrangement and variety of options are really great. The concept is really fun. The burgers, the food and the cocktails were really great. Bowling was fun despite the “trick facility”. The disadvantage from my point of view and therefore the star deduction is the ordering process and the organization. There is nothing written on it, everything has to be ordered over the main counter and you have to ask around first. Simple signage would be sufficient. Furthermore, on a Saturday there are only 3 to 4 people available for the entire hall and its organization, which sometimes leads to waiting times.

I've been there twice now, just for the Big Burger Kurier so far. The food is excellent! Atmosphere in the entire venue is quite good. People are having fun and enjoying themselves, lots of bowling lanes, pool tables, dart boards. Overall a nice place considering the location

We celebrated our children's birthday there last Saturday. We really liked it, the service was excellent. We received all the services as agreed (bowling, laser tag, food) and the two nice ladies even invited us to table football (a highlight for the children). Although the store was very busy, we received a friendly welcome and the service staff always dealt with the children very well. We'll definitely be happy to come back!

Actually a cool center with great games. But: According to the staff, masks are required, but this is neither observed, checked nor warned. Bowing balls were totally greasy because eating fries and hamburgers was satisfying during the game. According to staff: Disinfectant is available. A no go for us in times of Corona!

I was at Prestige Bowling in Bremgarten on Wednesday at 2 p.m. for the children's birthday party. Unfortunately, the invited guests were treated disastrously by the staff. As a host, I was shocked. The woman who works there shouted and threatened the children present so loudly that one of the mothers present had to intervene directly. The employee is angry and aggressive towards the children. For a second we thought the woman would get physical. When a mother present pointed out that she shouldn't speak to the children in that tone, the employee became even more rude and insulting. I wanted to give my son and his friends a great birthday party, but instead he was intimidated with his friends, so all the good mood was gone. Never again, very bad staff!!!!

Beautiful modern trains. Staff was friendly. The toilets were clean, there were lots of additional devices to play with, highly recommended, especially with children!!!

I can only say positive things. Everything was organized by the team for my child's birthday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yes, it was very full, but everyone who complained about Covid 19, it should be said, all BAG regulations were adhered to. And those who don't like that, you don't have to go there and have fun. Thanks to the team...you are professional.

I had a corona test done by my doctor, although he didn't have a certificate, just a test to prove it, but they still won't let me in, just to protect this shop 50 fr for nothing, thank you....

The food was really tasty, bowling, darts and billiards were fun. The staff had zero motivation to work. After about 45 minutes of billiards we were given 98 minutes. Offset. After unfriendly behavior from the staff, we got our money back (after a long discussion). It's a shame that someone like that works in customer service. It's a shame because the facility has a lot to offer.

Very disappointing! The corona measures were not adhered to! No mask on the bowling lanes, no distance and 2 lanes had to share the same balls.
