It's a shame what this location has become. Self-service, a lot of plastic waste, even the beer in the open bar for 7.20 in a plastic cup, completely overpriced and, above all, a huge mess.

Went there on the 10.01. Music (balkan music) was so loud that we could not stand it anymore and leave. One staff member was loudly singing. Qt a place like an airport i would expect some standard

Nice warm sandwich, the hot chocola is too sweet, service is good and lots of chairs you can sit. Prefer this place than Starbucks, has more good food options

Overly expensive, even for an airport, in Europe. None of the airports cafes are this expensive! Not everybody who transist or even vists have an account in the Swiss banks! How do you expect travellers to afford this. Coffee and food is basic, not luxury. Ther servers were nice and that was the only positive thing.

With tables, chairs and a view, we tried to something to eat here just to spend the time while waiting for our flight. Smoked salmon sandwich and croissant was pretty good too

Everything was clean and the service was friendly. But the food has a miserable price-performance ratio: I didn't notice any chicken in the chicken wrap, but I noticed more of the salad, and the falafel wrap was warm but very dry. I would have expected more for these hefty prices.

They make the hostesses move forward and you lose 20 minutes even if it would take 3. Only one person who handles both the cash register and the cafeteria. And while in other places of the same chain they offer to heat some products which are not good cold, here apparently not...

Crazy prices even for an airport.

Experienced racism by my sister right in front of me. She only ordered tea and staff started laughing and the guy named Aslam in staff started speaking in one of the Indian native language saying we could take it for free etc. Everything he was saying was unnecessarily sarcastic. Like 'it happens with you Indians a lot'. ' oh you probably want your tea with milk and ginger' etc and all spoken in a language which was not even our native language but we could understand coz it's popular. Trust us nobody was joking or in jolly mood. Our card gave a bit of an issue so we immediately took our new card and bought chocolates somewhere else first to confirm. By the time we came back the manager said that Aslam has put our tea bill into a favour/charity category. But we never asked for any free stuff. And the sarcasm and laughs amongst staff completely made sense to us then. We felt extremely belittled for no reason. It was a simple order and a full intention to pay. Funny thing is it was done by one of our natives. I wish and hope Aslam reads this and understands that his humor should not be on the cost of someone's race and food choices.Not even once a free tea was asked. Extremely shameful!

will not recommend, as they treat the customers on the basis of nationality or on the basis of choices of the customers, they make fun of the choices of their customers,, hv ordered a simple tea and the kind of behaviour they shown was not at all acceptable. don't understand if the tea is so middle class or something then why they are even having it in their menu Shame on you , pret Zurich Airport, very very disappointed

In Terminal E at Zurich Airport, there are very few dining options. That said, this was a pretty good if simple one. They have a pretty good selection of sandwiches, salads, and wraps at prices that are not that high by airport standards. They also have hot coffees and teas as well as bottled drinks. The staff was very friendly. This seemed to be the calling card of the shop. You can "dine in" in an area of the terminal with excellent views of the runway and a bit of quiet away from the airport crowds. Pro Tip: You can also opt to carry out, as I did, and enjoy your meal at tables at the observation deck in Terminal E. This option is admittedly similar to the dining area but even quieter and with even better views.

Weak opening hours could be coordinated with the first flights.
