I was very happy with my stay at Priva Lodge. Location is perfect, the hotel is in a beautiful, very quiet environment with great views. The underground car park takes you to all the houses and the reception, which is also a mini market (with food, drinks, firewood, etc.). Gladly again! I spent a week's vacation here with my two children and my wife and it was great! We had a beautiful suite with a large living and dining area with a great view. The suite was very clean, well maintained and generally very high quality! We didn't find any defects. The location is also great! We spent a week for a family vacation at the Lodge in January. The facility suits perfectly for a family vacation. It offers a lot of space to spend nice hours in the snow. The take away service is excellent. We were able to ski from the slopes right to the front door. We were in a chalet apartment deluxe. This was well equipped. I picked up fresh firewood to fire up the Cheminée almost daily at the front desk (this was included in the deal). It would be nice if the apartment were equipped with an oven (you can book one separately). It would also have been nice if the parking spaces were allocated to the apartments. It was very difficult on the day of arrival to find a parking space near the house entrance as recommended by the reception. Since the overall package is on point, I can recommend PRIVA Alpine Lodge and we will be happy to stay again.

Die Apartments sind schlicht, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Toll, dass für (angemeldete und kostenpflichtige) Hunde Bett und Napf bereit stehen! Ebenfalls richtig schön eingerichtet und lecker ist das hoteleigene Restaurant, der Bedienung gebührt ein echt grosses Kompliment. Alle Mitarbeitenden des Restaurants waren ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell! Das Take-Away-Angebot ist ideenreich und praktisch, wenn man einmal im Apartment essen möchte. Ich habe mir vorgenommen, die enttäuschende Erfahrung zu verdrängen, um mir den Urlaub nicht verderben zu lassen. Ganz weg ist sie aber nicht. Wenn ein Mitarbeitender vom technischen Dienst sich gegenüber den Gästen - absolut ungerechtfertigt - so im Ton vergreift, wie wir das erlebt haben, gibt es offensichtlich ein Werteproblem. Wir sind ruhige, unauffällige und dankbare Gäste. Mich auf diese Art verbal drangsalieren zu lassen, das habe ich dann aber doch nicht nötig. Schon gar nicht von jemanden, der - bei gesetzlicher und überall publizierter Maskenpflicht - ohne Hygienemaske durch die volle Hotellobby marschiert. Selbstverständlich haben wir unser Unbehagen bezüglich dieses verbalen und verhaltensseitigen Ausrutschers gegenüber dem Management geäussert. Eine echte Reaktion ist leider ausgeblieben. Schade, dass dieses Erlebnis einen unschönen Schatten auf die tollen Leistungen der anderen Teammitglieder wirft!

Loved the accommodation here!! We had the one bedroom deluxe and it came with a nice bathroom with sauna, two balconies with lovely views, kitchenette, fireplace with complimentary wood. The place was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Everything was perfect, but the only negatives were that we arrived about 1.5 hours early and they only let us check in around 3:45pm. We weren’t there when it was busy (early Dec) so most places let us check in early. The front desk closes at 5pm weekdays so make sure you get what you need from them before then! The people in the sports shop nearby were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here and I would love to stay here again!
