Not bad. Very small restaurant. Was surprised at the tight conditions. Through the glass panes you can still have a discreet conversation despite being close. Bread and salad and coffee were very good. I found the lunch menu (pasta with pesto and beans to be bland). Next time I'll opt for a pizza, it looked delicious.

A chic little Italian restaurant in the suburbs of Zug. The waiters are courteous and nice. Since the place is quite small, it can get a bit noisy. A reservation is recommended. The food is delicious, but also rather expensive. If you like sweets, you should try the Nutella Tiramisu.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Puccini Restaurant and I must say my experience was simply amazing. The ambience was inviting and the atmosphere was really pleasant. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Every bite was a feast for the senses and the presentation of the dishes was just perfect. It was a true culinary journey of discovery! I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding service from Lucy and Kati. The two of them were extremely attentive, friendly and really cared about my well-being. Their professionalism and commitment made my visit very special. Overall, I can fully recommend Puccini. If you are looking for an excellent restaurant with first class service, you have come to the right place. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable experience!

I have had wonderful experiences at Puccini! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and they made me feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is very enjoyable - it was quiet enough to have a conversation, but still lively enough to feel like a fun night out. I would highly recommend Puccini to anyone looking for a great Italian meal in Zug.

Valentine's Day great atmosphere and excellent Filleto di Manzo.

The food is ok. We had the burrata and the parmigiana for starters which were actually pretty good. The pizza was just ok, nothing bad but it didn't stand out. The service was good, although a tiny bit slow considering it was half empty. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ambiance is ok, with the only strange thing being the tables with separators between them (like they used to have during Covid)

We were there on a recent Thursday. Behind us a group of around 20 men, company dinner. It was so loud that we ended up being silent. The waiter recommended a red wine by the glass without mentioning the price. In the end the bill for 2 starters, 2 pizzas, 4 glasses of wine (CHF 14.00 each!!!) and water was CHF 178.00! Pizza has a huge crust, looks great, but you don't like eating it. Plate beautifully presented. Locally too small for couples and groups. It was neither comfortable nor relaxing. A very expensive evening. We were disappointed. Actually dog ​​friendly, but we sat in the middle of the room... despite having a reservation with a dog. It was just stressful.

Nice Italian restaurant close to the lake. Food was good, but it felt overpriced, even for Switzerland. I specially liked the green pea soup. Service was nice, and we were lucky to find a table without a reservation. They had to turn down a few people, because the kitchen closed at 13:30 (for lunch, on a Saturday).

Well hidden Italian restaurant in Zug. Small and unobtrusive outside, huge welcome inside. Food is excellent. Wonderful service. Incredible wine and desserts are fabulous. Their guest welcome is sublime and professional. Must visit place. Reserve if possible! Great welcome for international people of all, and staff are able to take your order in a multitude of languages. Pizza's are pretty big and probably worth sharing so there is room for desert. They have their 'own' wine which although pricey is equal in taste if not better than other more expensive brands. Limoncello - you just have to try - really the best I've ever had. Yes this place is a little pricey, but that's due to the fact that you have a direct view on the lake and it is an expensive part of town. That being said, food is excellent, and suggest taking from the daily menu as that is always a great light meal full of fresh flavours, and their pizza also has a very special dough. Tasty.

We stopped by Puccini's spontaneously & it was excellent! Best spontaneous decision to eat here. Pizza & pasta were excellent & the service was super friendly! We'll be back, perfect location right on the lake.

Food is mediocre. Pizza is ok. ("Italish" taste) Don't take mini pizza if asked. Price difference between normal and mini pizza is 4 Fr. Sorbet is ok. The staff is kind. Make online reservation.

Puccini is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to with authentic and light food. Dishes are very tasty and full of flavor with nice Extra Dry Prosecco which has been recommended by wonderful and welcoming Service. Fantastic place and I'll be back for some nice specials and desserts this time, regularly. Ahh Pizza is wonderful too

I give it 2 stars because it has a clean appearance. We arrived at 1:35 p.m. and they didn't give us a table because they told us that the kitchen was already clean and that was clearly a lie. These things happen when the owner is not there. On their page it says that they close at 2:30 p.m.

Restaurant Pucinni is a very pleasant place in the center of Stradt Zug, the service (in our case Lucy) was very nice, competent and courteous! The food was great and beautifully prepared with a fantastic view of the lake.

A cozy place near the historical center, it is especially profitable to take breakfast, salad and main course for 28 francs.

Very friendly and courteous service. Food delicious and prepared with style. The entire interior is an additional feast for the eyes with the many frescoes and the carved ceiling. Price is not high but normal if you Also consider that you are in the middle of Interlaken. Bravo always.

Nice Italian restaurant across from the lake Zug waterfront. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Good selection of pizza, pasta, and main dishes. My pasta and shrimp dish was excellent and so was the antipasto to share. Reasonable prices. Good service.

We celebrated our daughter's baptism at Puccini on May 7th and only one word comes to mind... SENSATIONAL!!! Even the reservation request with special requests regarding the menu was very welcoming and answered within minutes. Thanks to a very hospitable and well-coordinated team, the celebration was a real pleasure in every respect! The food was italianita pura...🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 simply top!! You almost had the feeling that Nonna was cooking at the stove!! Grazie... grazie... grazie🤩!!! Even if we have to drive almost 100km, we'll be back!!! Best Italian Restaurant ever!!!🤩🇮🇪

Best Italian of Canton Zug (and we have tried a lot!!!) We were here a couple of weeks ago with a big group. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with every special request we had. Everything that was served that night was just unforgettable. We had a very nice experience here. I have been there a few times so I knew that I wouldn’t like the pizzas. They are way to doughy for my taste. Knowing this I ordered a pasta dish which was excellent. The waiter recommended a wine which was excellent and ‘good value’ for Zug. I will definitely go back.

Price performance upon delivery (we had something brought with us) was definitely missed! Finger thick vegetables on the pizza in masses, therefore very limp. Also bland. And what annoys me the most is that I ordered extra mascarpone, paid for it and didn't get it! I was so disappointed, both when I opened the box and again after the first bite. 😪👎

Drinks are very expansive. Servers are rude and very indifferent to customers.

Ate here on Friday evening. From the reception to the aperitivo to the antipasti and the Fileto di Manzo, everything was very professional and of a high quality without losing touch with the earth. Here the guest can let themselves be pampered. The wine also tasted excellent: I can only recommend a Terra D'Eclano from the winemaker Quintodecimo 2016. Slow food is practiced here. We will be back!

Fine, seasonal menu. Certainly the best Italian restaurant in Zug, where not only pizza and pasta are of great quality. The Prosecco risotto and the filet di manzo were excellent. Special praise goes to the staff - friendly, attentive and helpful, which is no longer a given today.
