Christmas dinner reserved for 35 people. Locality was simply adjusted without feedback. We wanted meat with the raclette, but unfortunately we forgot. Mistakes happen, but there is no accommodation or sincere apology from management. I don't recommend it.

We were late with the reservation for Christmas dinner, they still had room for us exactly where we wanted on that day. It was very nice, we always had enough raclette and we could choose what we wanted. The staff was super friendly and we just had fun that evening. Would reserve there again, really recommended. Thank you!

A very nice team event was organized for us. Super spontaneous, respond to every request. Very good food and good wine selection. Unique ambience directly on Lake Zurich, lovingly decorated. Very friendly service, respond to individual requests! We had a great evening - thank you!

Rude reception: We had made reservations as a group, the waiter wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible, he would soon be off work - over an hour before closing time, and he couldn't check out separately either. And it would be difficult to get a beer (an hour before closing time). We felt totally welcome and will definitely not be coming back. Grazie aunt...

Niederdorfstrasse 45Waitress wasn't in the mood for the guests, didn't feel like talking or recommending anything from the menu. Food was lukewarm and too oily, plates were cold and according to the waitress we should say in advance that we don't want any oil in our food?????! In the end me and my friend only got the food we ordered, my friend was forgotten and we never saw the waitress again. We haven't seen a service like this before, so we'd rather eat a protein bar from the vending machine!!!
