Radix in Zürich

Absolutely fantastic service! I was looking for splitboards and had little idea about all the products. Ben took the time and showed me all the products in detail with their advantages and disadvantages. This is how the shopping experience in the shop should be. Many others could learn a lesson! Thanks Ben, I'll definitely come back next time I'm shopping...

Great shop. Here the focus is on quality rather than quantity. You can find everything you are looking for, perhaps not always from the brand you want. However, I often leave the shop with something even better. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and knows their stuff. Really nice, how the Radix has developed in the last few years, I can recommend it at any time!

One of our favorite cafes in Zurich, and I probably go there 2-3 times a week during office days. Consistently high quality and nice vibe in the store, we love to sit at the two flipping chairs facing right at the door 😄

A small store pretty much evenly divided into snowboards, skateboards and associated clothing. Decent Nitro splitboard selection, helpful people. Bonus for decent espresso.

I always thought the shop was very good because they had sustainable shirts and the staff were very nice. But last time the boss was there and was so unfriendly and condescending to her employees in front of the customer, I will be ordering online from now on. It doesn't work at all.

Sympathetic, competent and down-to-earth. The girls and boys are all really friendly and relaxed. The advice is next level and you can even enjoy a cappuccino at the same time. Luckily there are still shops like radix, which has unfortunately become rare these days. Here the people still put their heart and soul into it, totally awesome!

Great coffee, always kind personnel. They are also rather competent than sales-hungry, so you get great consultation and they know their products. We are regular customers and have never regretted that. 2022 and they still rock! Amazing coffee and really cool products. They offer services for snowboards and skateboards too 🤙🏻.

Just today I was at Redix again. Apart from the fact that you get the best coffee there in the entire Europaallee shopping mile, enjoying coffee there is cozy and incredibly relaxing. When I teach at the HWZ across the street, I always look forward to a break and coffee at Redix. It is a must-have.

The amount of (double) espresso was far too large (see photo) and very sour. Actually not to drink. I guess machine and coffee roasting are good but staff doesn't know anything about coffee. Nice coffee bar, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

Everything about this place is great. They have cool products, amazing coffee and wonderful staff. I am constantly traversing Zurich, trying out every cafe I hear about in a never ending hunt for the next good cup of coffee, and I find myself consistently circling back around to Radix. They really do have some of the best coffee in the city. And every time I go I am greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the staff. I highly recommend that you go for a visit yourself ASAP!

The shop is fairly priced despite its central location and the coffee is some of the best of the area. They sell brands like Volcom, Roxy, etc. I personally like the selection

Exceptionally friendly cafe. Shop-plus-cafe, actually. Buy your surfing and skating gear or have a flat-white double espresso here. Didn't check if they have WiFi; sadly I fear they don't. If they do I'll top-up to the full five stars.

I had to buy a new harness for kitesurfing at short notice. They didn't have it in the store, but they were able to have it delivered from the central warehouse to the store within a short time, so I was able to try it out and find a suitable harness. Great service and super friendly and helpful!
