Great kebab very tasty, it's a shame that some of the employees are arrogant

Prices are becoming increasingly expensive, of course Storm, rent employees also have to be paid, I understand that but yes, unfortunately it is slowly becoming too expensive.

I ordered a kebab box and according to the employee it was ready in 5 minutes. I came and wasn't finished and just forgot about it. We quickly made a new one and forgot the cocktail sauce. I wanted to order a kebab and the employee coldly said “no”. I asked why he said “it’s not possible now”. I actually always eat there but that was really strange.

The kebab meat is simply excellent, but the price is a bit high.

I got the message at the table after I had already ordered the Chessburger that they no longer had any hamburgers, just like they no longer had any pizzas, despite the offer on the menu.

After I ordered, I watched the gentleman working on the kebab skewer. He took the kebab scoop (where he actually piles the cut kebab meat) and filled it with leftover/waste meat and pushed it deep into the trash can where various garbage was in it. He didn't wash the shovel afterwards but cut new meat and piled it back on. Never again!!!!

Extremely inconsistent. I once got a kebab box in a normal size and once a tiny little one for the not cheap price. If I don't know whether I'll be full, I go somewhere else - there are enough kebabs in Wil.

Good standard kebab but nothing outstanding. Dürüm is heavily toasted, which I really liked. Service and atmosphere very inviting!

The guy is ripping off non-german speakers. I asked for vegetable in my dish but there was none. the prices are high for what it is and the drinks are so expensive you'd rather die from thirst. Sauces taste funny and the meat is low average even for a kebab. Would not recommend at all.

In my opinion the best kebab in the region. The bread is fried until crispy at the end. The tacos are also very tasty. The staff is very friendly. You very rarely have to queue. There are enough seats in the restaurant. If the weather is nice you can sit outside.

Completely overwhelmed. It can't be that you have to wait 35 minutes for food. Not an apology or anything came. Tables not even cleaned. Instead of a fork and a knife, the guy brings 2 knives to cut pizza?! You can find better service there.

Had to clear the tables ourselves so you could sit down. Staff totally overwhelmed. There were 3 of us, we ordered fries twice, we brought the 2nd fries once, they said they would be brought straight away after waiting 10 minutes. I asked, then they told me I had to wait now, he had to take the orders from the customers first make me come. Conclusion: I didn't get any fries. Sorry, that was the last time I was there.

Worst store ever! Please avoid! Staff is completely incompetent and overwhelmed. For the 4th time, my phone order was simply NOT!! completed. Info on the phone: yes, your kebab will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes (colleague 30 minutes for a kebab, where do you live?), and after 30 minutes they haven't even started processing my order. Never ever again!!!!

Best Dürüm and Kebab far and wide. Fresh, nice and juicy/crispy and the right spices. That's how it has to be. It could just be a little more salty as a suggestion for improvement.

I often go to eat at this magnificent kebab, regardless of the fact that the kebab is durum, it is super good and everything is quite fresh. But the important thing is that it is very clean, hygiene is the most important thing in gastronomy and this is very important.... The same cheap meat as everyone else in Wil. Taste OK. However, here too you go to work with run-of-the-mill sauces and ingredients. Buy as cheaply as possible with maximum returns.

May 2, 2021 The tacos are really good, I have to say! But why am I giving 1 star? The reason is that I made a phone order at 6:30 p.m. 2x tacos and 1x nuggets box for the contents of the taco I had to repeat myself 3 times. I said over the phone that I would come pick it up at 8:20 p.m. so that it would be ready in time for breaking the fast. When I arrived at Railside I went to the checkout and told the cashier I had ordered for 8:20 p.m. Then the cashier told me "ok mom. Here's Nuggetsbox. That's 10Sfr." Then I asked him where are the tacos. He said so you didn't order tacos then someone else came from behind and said ou sorry sorry we'll do it right away. Thank you so much, but please break your fast quickly. In the end I had to wait 25 minutes. Nuggets box was ice cold + the tacos were almost made wrong. There were only 6 patetos per taco, there wasn't even a small compensation! MY ADVICE: 1. Hire someone who really understands German ON THE TELEPHONE 2. When the order has been taken, the seller should say it again so that there is no discrepancy 3. Putting the orders in order because as I often see/observe, the person who writes down the order only he can read it and the other two guys always ask what he has written down 4. If you order tacos you get 6 pieces of patetos. In my opinion, the quality has also become weaker. They used to put them in properly. Now things are going so well and if you can save on the side dishes, in my opinion it's best not to put the patetos in anymore. (I took another photo of what it looks like)
