Wonderful product, always freshly roasted, consistent and high quality. As a home barista, I appreciate the small 100 gram bags and always have full flavor in my coffee grinder and ultimately in the cup. It's great that there is something so great in the region. And it's also nice that the "little man" is treated just as nicely as a large company.

For me, it's currently the best coffee roaster in Switzerland. Always very freshly roasted deliveries. Even small packs are available. Clearly visible coffee professional on the website, really top. I especially like the roasts Venezia (for portafilters) and Tropical Rainforest (for Bialetti on the go)

Very friendly company. The customer service is very good and familiar. Every coffee you order is personally roasted for you. And you can taste it too. The coffee is very good, the selection is gigantic. I own a La Marzocco GS3 myself. I had to search for a long time before I was able to find the right coffee. I found what I was looking for here at Kaffee Rast and am very happy with it.

The shop is fantastic, very friendly staff and the customer's coffee preferences are taken into account. You can buy coffee there but also order the best coffee in Central Switzerland online.

Good expert advice, detailed information and the graphic aroma profile help a lot when choosing from the large and great range. And the smell in the roastery is amazing.

I'm rating the machine here, not the coffee! Great idea, well implemented. The machine doubles as a refrigerator and works perfectly. The selection is quite large, but is very much focused on dark roasts for espresso and fully automatic machines. I think there were only 3 filter roasts available. Perhaps this generally reflects the direction of the roastery...

A very large selection of coffee beans (!!!), which can also be ordered in small portions (100g) without paying significantly more than for larger quantities, ideal for trying. This also keeps the coffee fresh. Every order is freshly roasted and personally packaged and labeled, TOP! Of course, not every coffee tastes or smells good to everyone, but we have found one or two favorites (e.g. Vilcabamba from Ecuador) and since we no longer buy capsules, we spend the money we save on a portion of Blue Mountain from Jamaica at the end of every year at Christmas , a very mild, balanced coffee, a treat for the nose, stomach and stomach! I purchase the coffee for private use via the very successful website. A very large selection of very different coffees or coffee blends is offered here. And so far I've definitely been happy with my daily cup. Absolutely recommended Edit: I've been ordering coffee here for over a year now and I'm absolutely satisfied. You can also order directly by phone and the advice is absolutely top notch. Just keep doing it.

Great coffee (I especially know the Milano and the Bukoba) that you can buy freshly roasted, for example in Globus. Or in the online shop, which offers a huge selection. Very nice employees, they have already been on site, but they are also very nice and helpful via email.

After I bought a portafilter espresso machine and tried to conjure up the perfect espresso using YouTube but failed miserably, I took the home barista course and have to say “S bescht wos je hätz gits!” Since the course I have been perfuming and bathing in the perfect espresso. Since I took the espresso machine to bed, things haven't been going so well in my marriage. But the flirtation with the machine and my new friend Rast Kaffee AG is definitely worth it for me! 😍😍😍

God knows I'm not a coffee expert, but I attach great importance to good coffee. I know where I will get my coffee beans from now on. Incomparably good coffee that has nothing to do with the coffees otherwise available from Migros, Coop and Co. This is something for people who value really good coffee and at absolutely fair prices, i.e. hardly more expensive than in the supermarket. I can only warmly recommend it to all coffee lovers.

Probably the best coffee address in Switzerland in terms of selection and price/performance. The difference becomes particularly clear with high-quality espresso machines. It is inexplicable to me how and why you can drink coffee from hot air roasting. Ciccho D'Oro, Lavazza and Segafredo come out of my ECM as battery acid. Same with a Bezerra. At Rast you get the coffee the way it used to be. The prices are no higher than at Migros, Coop or Manor, where such qualities cannot be found at all.
