It was and is good for decades, friendly service, fine coffee and fresh croissants, what more could you want?!

You just have to wait a long time and it's very expensive

Neither the cappuccino nor the pastries were convincing. Brownie was a mess in terms of taste. Plus: children's chairs available, ambience with a view of the alley.

Simple, cozy, great for a relaxed Sunday morning. The breakfast menu is nothing special but it's enough if you don't have any special requests. Relaxed atmosphere.

An average cafe, service was ok when I asked if they had cake or something similar, just cheese cake. So we just had something to drink. Gardening otherwise ok.

Very nice staff with humor and good knowledge, nice restaurant with a sun terrace, newspapers to read (yes, paper ones!), quiet yet central location. I'll go there again.

Well... The service wasn't very friendly and the cheesecakes didn't taste good either. In my opinion only recommended for coffee.

The two of us each consumed a drink and a dessert. The desserts were ok, but my companion was disappointed because strawberries were advertised everywhere and then snidely remarked that Coupe Romanoff was only seasonal. We also had to wait quite a long time before we were served, we didn't receive the wrong things or what we ordered, and we also had to wait longer for the bill. I can't say anything about hot dishes and the equipment. The town hall café is located in the middle of the old town.

The waiter was not polite. The breakfast menu is small and boring. I wanted a Bircher muesli, which was what was on the menu and they didn't have any.

Delicate rolls with a whole or half baguette (such as the ham torpedo) for small appetites. If you're hungry, they have tasty menus in stock and the coffee is also really good (in second place. First place: the best coffee in Lenzburg can be found in Art Cigar, 30 meters further down).
