I tried three times today to cancel the table reservation for the evening by phone because my companion is sick - at the first two calls shortly after the lunch break and at midday no one answered the phone, then in the early evening I was thrown off the line; A few minutes ago I received a call from the boss asking why we didn't show up! He could have given the table to someone else - I could have also sent an email... Two weeks ago we spontaneously wanted to go out for dinner for the two of us. Unfortunately there were no tables available - his words: it was our own fault because we didn't reserve... After dozens of visits, I will never step foot in this restaurant again. Luckily, there are other restaurateurs who still value their guests!

We were in Andelfingen for a few days and right next to our guesthouse was Reb Thai. Since we love Thai cuisine and have been to Thailand several times, we of course ate here. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant 100%. The cuisine is fantastic and very authentic. The staff is super nice, typically Thai and responds to all wishes. We can really only recommend the restaurant. Yes, it's not cheap but that's just the way it is in Switzerland. It is worth it! Reservations are recommended on weekends.
