We arrived when the kitchen was closed, with an absurd need for pizza. Closed kitchen. Luca proposed to make us pizza... otherwise we couldn't handle the prosecco for the toast 😅 What can I say......fantastic! 😃🤩🤤 Crispy, very fine, nice puffy crust, toooooo good taste! The food is finely prepared, there is nothing to complain about. The price is in the upper segment, for a fruit salad with an inconspicuous scoop of ice cream, 16.30 CHF was charged. You also need a lot of time and patience because you have to wait quite a long time for food unless you order pizza. There are waiters like Renato who do everything they can to make the guest happy. Then there are those who take it very easy, “just let the colleague run”. In the end, the service was a disaster. I had to wait 30 minutes until I could finally pay. Two waitresses refused to collect even though they had time. Had to wait for the one who was running around. Too many stressed staff because colleagues chat together in a corner instead of helping out. Not the nice collegial way.

The venue features decor that retains a 90s aesthetic, maintaining an old-fashioned look that contrasts with the image of a bar located in the center of a prosperous Swiss city. The layout of the tables appears unchanged for at least two decades. Furthermore, in alcohol-based cocktails, there is a significant lack of quantity compared to standard recipes. Snacks, such as slices of pizza and small canapés with tomato, are served in an inappropriate way, almost thrown onto dessert plates which do not reflect the level of quality one would expect from a restaurant of this category. It should be noted that the sexist behavior of the owner and waiters represents an additional problem that should not be ignored. This type of attitude is unacceptable in any context and requires timely intervention. Finally, the prices charged do not reflect the general quality of the experience offered, resulting in them being disproportionate compared to what one would expect for a venue of this type. For example, CHF 27.90 for a warm chicken salad is certainly outside the average prices charged in the area. In summary, the place seems to have remained little unchanged since the 90s with obsolete furnishings and a quality of services and products that do not correspond to the asking prices. The issue of sexist attitudes must be addressed seriously.

The prices are more or less correct. But depending on the dish, there is a fairly big difference in fairness. Nothing to say for the seafood pasta, but for the porcini mushroom pasta, you had to “look for” the mushrooms.

Staff recognize you and the last waiter greets you even if someone else has taken over. You can also choose your seat freely; tables are not generally reserved.

Pizza (with tuna) was very tasty and the quantity was absolutely sufficient. Restaurant is right on the street with a view of the lake.

I am a 16 year old boy who wanted to get a mineral water (not alcohol or anything else just water). I felt bad when I had to pay 10.50chf for a 75cl bottle. I find it not logical that a beer costs less…. It makes me think that there is almost an incentive to consume alcohol. We might as well carry out prevention campaigns for young people

Food came quickly and was very tasty. There were even Ikea children's chairs. Suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. One minus point is no changing area for children.

We as a club were here for the first time on the recommendation of our coach. However, the experience was anything but good. bad service, no communication, just brought the wrong drinks, waited a very long time for everything, ordering, drinks and food. We arrived at 8 p.m. and didn't eat until 9:45 p.m. Finally, we were allowed to calculate everything ourselves because everyone wanted to pay separately. we were 20 people🤬

Finding parking nearby in summer is a utopia. Terrible, tavern-like service. Unpleasant staff with a few exceptions. Relatively long waiting times. It's not among my favorite restaurants.

Unfortunately, the vegetables were frozen and didn't go well with the pasta dish we ordered. The menu features fresh vegetables and homemade pasta. Anything but fresh and homemade for a high price.

Beautiful place to eat with a lake view. Very poor service however, staff who are not at all polite, they make you wait for too long, they tell you "2 minutes and I'll be there" and then they walk past you and pretend nothing happened. It happened to me one day, when the restaurant was really full, that I saw an employee taking down glasses of wine "secretly" and I say secretly because it was clear he was trying not to be seen but with the restaurant I don't know how you expect people to don't see you. Honestly, I find the service terrible, which is a shame because the food is good and it's a nice restaurant, but it loses with employees like that.

In itself a very good restaurant right on the yacht harbor of Locarno. My favorite is usually the chicken in a basket with house sauce 👍👍👍👍. But today everything was different😖. Waited a long time to even order. Then waited over an hour for the food (salad & chicken), then half of the order came wrong😖. The exchanged side dish was on the bill with an extra surcharge😖. Then apparently no credit card machine works and only cash payment is possible😖 A manager was apparently not there, so you couldn't discuss the bad experience. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders. The quality of the food today was also below average, a large part of the mussels were closed, the chicken was "over-fried"😖. I hope things get better again, otherwise we'll have to look for a new local bar that corresponds to the #zitzmannlifestyle and #goluxurylifestyle @goluxuryofficial.

One of the best restaurants in the area. (I've never been here in high season). The food is excellent and the service good. 7 years ago I went to the same restaurant and the quality has remained the same, a great performance from me. As a Nordic, the restaurant's dining area was too hot for me. I will definitely come again.
