I was already wondering but when I read the reviews everything was clear: the owner has changed. And the quality is no longer the same. I have to adapt my old review to the new situation - sorry, but that's how it is..

Food hit the spot. Very friendly service

Unfortunately, it's not the same restaurant it was before the new owners bought it. I heard that delivery was very expensive, so I picked up the food at the store. I think some things are a bit overpriced. I think 15 francs for 2 citizens is too expensive. It's okay but not worth 5 stars like the old restaurant.

Everything fine. Pizza and chicken both tasted great. The delivery arrived in 30 minutes, 15 minutes earlier than stated. The delivery person was very, very nice and gave us a Coke. We recommend.

It used to be great. I understand that you don't want to pay Just Eat and make your own app/website. But then they have to work! I canceled my 150.00 order after 10 minutes and ordered Asian. That's just not possible in 2022! Will only order again when the app or website works. It's a shame, I used to be a regular customer at Reina's.

Edit: This is not the same Reina anymore, the previous owner who was famous for the Burgers has sold it. With Hakan gone, it all changed. The Burger is not really something good neither is the rest of it. Thats why from 5 Stars to 2. Hope Hakan will come back with a new Store somewhere. i have been wanting to go by for a long time since i live nearby. today was the day. went by to pick something up. Reina Classic Burger and Fries well it was fantastic! The preparation, the taste, the boxes all very good and very tasty! The owners are very friendly and make a lot of effort, thank you for that! I can only recommend!

We are super satisfied! I receive very friendly service on the phone and the food is delivered quickly. I haven't eaten such crispy, tasty fries for a long time. I'll only order from there again. Great, highly recommended, keep it up!!!!!!!!!

What a disaster! Until recently, this was the best burger we've ever eaten! Super juicy meat from the wood-fired grill, homemade relishes and sauces, generously topped with special cheese, fried eggs, rocket, etc. Fine patties and potato wedges included! And today, March 19, 2022, we are being delivered a burger that was never ever made by the same people. A completely different product! Dry meat, a few pieces of lousy lettuce, hardly any sauce, dried out patties and ZERO cheese! There were no fries or wedges either and the 50 CHF for two burgers was an absolute disgrace! Some Horst must have bought the shop and thought: "I can do that too!" Nope, you can't! Sincere condolences! You died for us!

We ordered the whole menu, among other things the Reina mega burger 🍔 was super tasty! The new owners are also very friendly and really make an effort! At least the food is freshly prepared and is much better than the rubber burgers from the fast food chains!! We will definitely order again :)

Delicious & super friendly delivery service!

Before the renovation, the burgers were absolutely amazing! The bread was fresh and juicy and the combination with the meat was very tasty. Today we were finally able to order again and were disappointed. The bread was normal buns from the supermarket and the fries were without salt. I hope it changes back to the old one.

I am very disappointed...for the 4th time the pizza is delivered very wet. The first three times I thought: "It could happen, I'm not going to complain" but now it's really annoying me. The previous times it was pretty wet and it wasn't really fun...but this time it was sooo wet that the whole box was pressed down and when I held it in my hand, the (mozzarella sauce??) ran out of me. Sauce or something like that, down the forearm...the delivery person asked if he should deliver a new one, but we had already waited over an hour and were really hungry, so I said no. But that was really stupid, because when I unpacked them, the floor was so soggy and so fluffy, really disgusting. Then I called. There is only one phone number (very professional) and no one picks up...that was clear. I used to be happy with this resti...but now I just think it's...I'd rather not say anything

We have probably ordered the Reinaburger for the 6th time since we live nearby. We weren't disappointed once! Thank you very much for the taste experience! Such quality despite delivery, better than many local restaurants. The potatoes are super crispy, the sauces in the Bueger are amazing. Keep it up!

The burgers are damn good. I prefer eating here than at other fast food restaurants like MC and Co. Nice, juicy, great sauce and the country potatoes came out crispy and warm. I'm excited.

Our table was clean, but the shelf was a bit greasy. However, it was our first time there. It could be that the ventilation is spitting. Therefore one star less. Maybe we'll get a fifth star on our next visit. We were guests again in the new year and had the food delivered to us. As already written, the food is very fine and fresh. You can see that the pizza was made with love. Even though they were delivered, the French fries were still warm and, above all, crispy. We were able to order the sauce separately for the burger, so it was also delivered perfectly.

Unlike other delivery services, the pizzas really taste good. However, the delicious burgers are rather unsuitable for a delivery service: in a short time, the crunchy, lovingly made burger turns into a cardboard mass that begins to swim in its own fatty sauce. Tip: Use the pick-up service or have the sauce brought separately so that the rolls and salad stay crunchy. "Show me how you live and I'll tell who you are" There is little that is glamorous about Reina's Imbiss. A very bad choice for a visit to a restaurant with your sweetheart: the grease-soaked air settles like rain on all surfaces. Ventilation: none. Change of clothes afterwards is announced. The priority here is the delivery service. And a little bit of the pick-up service too. Because the staff is courteous and very nice. And they are proud that they can prepare really good food.
