New discovery in Crans Montana. The 1900 was taken over by former students of the Ecole des Roche. Disappointment. We went to breakfast and there were only industrial pastries. At least they are #dogfriendly

I went skiing and discovered this place in the center of Crans Montana. Inside, there is an incredible creperie! Really delicious ! The staff is very welcoming, among all the places I have visited here in Crans Montana, this is definitely the best! A big thank you to everyone for this great experience. P.S.: They have the real Italian espresso! A delight!

We arrived at 7:15 p.m. on a Friday evening in peak season (February 18), we were not served at the same time and therefore we were not able to eat all together. Furthermore, at 7:40 p.m. (and without warning us) the kitchen closed RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR MEAL!!! We couldn't continue eating. One appetizer and it’s finished!! Unacceptable really! Meal finished in another restaurant

We wanted to have lunch on Saturday at 1 p.m. for 6 people. Almost empty restaurant. An arrogant waiter, mask under his nose, wants to impose a table of 3 on us in the passage, claiming that the others are reserved. Perhaps the one we chose was a little too far from the bar, requiring too much effort for him. However, in the morning, we were told not to take reservations. So we went elsewhere. Demonstration, at home, junior staff make the law.

Used for lunch. It looked like it had a nice atmosphere, so I popped in. Ordered drinks, galettes, and clubhouse sandwiches. Both were very delicious. The galette is an exquisite harmony of autumn mushrooms, lots of prosciutto, rich cheese, and eggs. Sandwiches are also satisfying. Plenty of freshly fried potatoes are also satisfying. I want to go again.

One of my favorite places, and I go to it every year.. but this year 2021 the service is very bad and I waited for 30 minutes to order a drink! and did not find any interest or respect.. I will not go to this place again. 👎🏻

Was there today for a late lunch. Over 35 mins wait for a salad… with an almost empty red. Food of poor quality. Nothing to do with what the previous owners served. A real pity … Will not return.

Wie schon im letzten Jahr waren wir auch 2020 wieder einige Male im "1900". Gut geeignet für eine Pause auf einen Kaffee, Tee oder sonstige Getränke. Auch kleine Speisen zu fairen Preisen stehen auf der Karte und man wird immer sehr zuvorkommende bedient.

Very well-kept location, deliberately in a retro style with many references to the early 1900s (precisely). The simple cuisine is very good... I recommend the 50cm sandwich that you can assemble and the crêpes. The staff is very kind. Highly recommended.

This bar restaurant is located in Cran Montana, the twin of Mégève in France, where all the luxury brands come together. The reception and staff listen to the customer as it should be in this type of establishment. The service is impeccable. 2 pancakes, 2 drinks, 2 improved coffees for around 50 CHF. Cran Montana is far from representing the typical Swiss village which, in my opinion, has much more charm and authenticity as in Val d'Anniviers. In short, it's up to you to choose between superficiality and authenticity.

Nous avons choisis le 1900 pour notre dîner du premier août et après avoir attendu facilement 40 min que la serveuse prenne finalement notre commande notre croque monsieur est arrivé avant les boissons et franchement je ne pense pas qu’un simple bout de toast avec du fromage et du jambon prennent à peu près une heure à préparer.

Nach einem langen Wandertag und einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang mit ein paar Freunden beschlossen wir, in der Stadt zu Abend zu essen, und das Jahr 1900 stand vor der Tür.Wir kamen kurz nach 22 Uhr an, wurden mit einem breiten Lächeln empfangen und genossen ein reichhaltiges Abendessen. . . salat als vorspeise, herrliche galleten und zum abrunden ihrer leckeren crepes!Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Arrogante Bedienung ignorierte uns total: keine Begrüssung, keine Bedienung, keine Verabschiedung. Niemand sollte sich das antun. Zu meiden.

Nous venons depuis des années au Café 1900 et en avons toujours été enchantés.Nous n’étions pas revenu depuis plus d’une année et avons été terriblement déçus! Même si la qualité des repas est restée la même, le service, quand à lui, pas très sympathique et très long! Il nous aura fallu 1 heure 30 pour commander, manger et payer deux croques Monsieur et deux salades...Nous ne reviendrons plus.

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Lo stesso posso dire dei camerieri (disponibili ed educati) il cibo molto buono. L’unica pecca i tempi d’attesa. Non si puó aspettare un ora e mezza per un’insata.

Leur fameux Club Sandwich sont délicieux, idem pour les vins, à des prix très raisonnable. Je le conseille à tout et chacun !

For a drink or a quick snack, this is the place to go in the center of Crans Montana. Very well situated in the center of the city, this chic english pub / tea room is right near the Cinema. This place is well know from the locals and well appreciated from the people visiting the resort as well. From the crepes to the hot custom sandwich, every thing is good. Try the home made coco, a must !

Cafe Bar 1900 in Crans Montana is a fun place to have a bite to eat, I had a great tuna salad and a lovley crepe. The wine was very well priced and my americano was good. I’ll be back again soon!

Sie werden einen glücklicheren Menschen einschlafen, als wenn Sie direkt nach Hause gehen würden - sicher. Warum sind hier keine Ovomaltine Cres in den Staaten? Es ist einfach nicht fair.
