Food is authentic and portion sizes are good. The only thing with the service was the food took a while to come out and they brought out rice which I did not order so I sent it back and they also forgot my friends shuimai order. I only ordered the eir tofu mit choy sum.

Food is really amazing, we ate the shrimps with black pepper and some smaller dishes like sambal eggs and roti with currysauce. Madame who served us is genuinly nice and knows the menu so well. Thanks for a very nice lunch, would recommend the place for dinner too.

Very tasty, tasty and authentic food. The selection of dishes is good, we were given good advice. The portions were large. For 50.- p.p. We got 5 starters, 4 main courses (including meat), rice, 2 desserts and drinks. We shared everything and had so much to try. Tofu with egg and the spicy eggs were our highlights. Very fair prices. We are thrilled and will definitely come back.

I’m a Singaporean living in Zurich, and A Fatt is my go to place for a taste of home. The flavours really hit the spot and some of our favourite dishes include the Assam Fish, Pork Char Siew, and the Tofu Pudding dessert (Tau Huay). Friendly and efficient service too. Looking forward to our next visit!

A best Malaysian style Asian food. Especially their signature Rasamsoup what a taste please try the soup it's the best especially in winter. All other foods are amazing. Staffs are very nice and generous. Love it 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is delicious, the taste is the same as in Malaysia. The service attitude is also good. The environment is also good.

More than half an hour after ordering, the bottle of water was finished, and only one order of fried sweet potato fries was served. There was no ketchup, and the sweet potato fries were no longer crispy. Just raise your hand and reply that the food is on its way. The tables are too close to each other and there is no dining experience.

We tasted 8 dishes, they were so yummy especially chicken laksa. The owners and service girl were so friendly& sweet.

Was not particularly impressed. The laksa and wat tan hor were served with thin kuey teow (rice noodles) which is quite atypical (cf vermicelli and/or egg noodles). The laksa soup was thick and reminiscent of a Japanese curry, not necessarily in a good way.

The egg and shrimp starter was delicious 😍, the laksa was good but would try something different next time. Definitely coming back for those starters....

My go-to place for Chinese food in Zurich. It is always good, from xiao long bao to taiwanese beef noodles soup. They have an extensive menu from cantonese dim sum, claypot rice to malaysian laksa and curry.

Worst dining experience ever! The ingredients are very poor, basically just leftovers or minced meat (minced meat is a disgusting ingredient), but the name of the dish is very tempting and will mislead you. For example, the salt and pepper pork ribs were impossible to bite, and they were all fatty bones, without a single rib. I ordered several dishes, most of which were made with meat fillings, which was disgusting. "Malaysian bomb" is just ordinary white eggs with some sauce⋯

The food is just amazing, authentic and a great variety to choose from. Can highly recommend to give it a try. The staff is friendly and supports if you have questions. The desserts are special and worth a try.

Nice Chinese/Malaysian cuisine restaurant very close to the Limmat river. We tried their Roti Canai, spring roll, ha gao (shrimp dumplings), laksa (tofu) and their Szechuan chicken. Their roti canai was amazing (spicy and very nice flavors), their laksa was good as well. The Szechuan chicken was okay and so were the shrimp dumplings. The spring roll was a bit too oily for our taste. Overall food was good with some dishes really good and some average. The service was really nice and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They do have seating outside and inside which is really nice. Overall a nice dining experience, would be happy to visit again to try different things on their menu.

I have been coming to Germany from Singapore for more than a year, and I never expected to eat Asam and Rendang in Zurich. Even if the taste is only 60% to 70% authentic, it is enough.

Malaysian food, ordered Wonton soup: The MSG taste is a bit strong, there are four or five wontons (not very recommended) Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce: Tastes pretty good, but can’t be chewed Claypot rice: The rice is very fragrant, there is crispy rice, and the sausage is delicious. Smooth egg rice noodles: One of the most delicious dishes, the rice noodles are very tender, and the shrimps are coated in flour, which affects the taste a bit. Bean and eggplant: quite spicy, a bit salty. I haven't been to Malaysia so I can't comment on the taste, but overall it's quite delicious. Better than foreign modified Chinese food.

It was SOOO GOOOOD!!! Especially the shrimps! You can taste the fire and every bites from the beginning to the end were different and had rich flavor. If you’re Korean, I guarantee you it’s good and it tastes like 불맛쭈꾸미. You should order rice and eat it together!! The service was also very nice and they speaks both of German and English.

This was my first time trying Malaysian food and immediately fell in love! It’s family owned place, we went for lunch and the environment was friendly and chill.

The owner is from malaysia and the food are mostly Malaysian. In Switzerland, most Asian restaurants do not differentiate at all and offer a mix of everything but it’s just not the same! The taste of the various cuisines from different asian countries differ and you can’t do all of them and do them well at the same time. I am very happy with the Malaysian food here. There are so many things on the menu that you would otherwise not find in an Asian restaurant. I never thought I’ll ever taste burbur chacha in Switzerland but it was actually pretty good. The hor fun was pretty good too. I’ll definitely be back again to try the other stuff.

The claypot rice is very delicious, especially the crispy rice. The Nyonya chicken is just right spicy and goes very well with rice. The crispy roasted pork I ate today was a little tougher. The barbecued pork I ate last time was more delicious, and the honey sauce was just right~

Extremely delicious and authentic Asian food. Also suitable for vegans (the Jiazo and Tofu Sezchuan are great!) We'll be back!

Delicious food, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere! Even if you're a vegetarian you'll find what you're looking for here - I chose Roti Canai and Laksa with tofu, which I really enjoyed. The portions were generous and the roti was still warm.

In terms of Chinese, typically HongKong-style dishes, it is only okay here. But the Malaysian-Chinese dishes are really good!

Delicious food brings up warm memories of Malasya and Singapore. Yummy laksa, very satisfying stir-fried noodles, and they even have steamed buns with kaya (coconut jam)! You feel very welcome there.

The two of us ate there and were completely satisfied. The food was delicious and the service staff was professional, very friendly. We will definitely visit this restaurant again and can really recommend it. It makes sense to make a reservation before your visit because the restaurant is very busy.

We came here in a rainy Sunday after church. The place looks quite nice, with a good atmosphere. Serving was good. I appreciated they had English menu so it was easy to select food. I ordered the half duck with rice that was quite filling so I was happy.

I went there at 4PM and they were in a break, so I didn't get the chance to eat their specialities, but the owner was so kind to offer me dumplings, which were delicious. overall my experience was really good and the staff were professional and kind. Would definitely go there again.

I found my favourite dish from Hong Kong times… Syu Yok! And it was delicious Well done!

Very good value for money, good portion sizes, friendly service and well-balanced dishes. We spontaneously got a spot at 6 p.m. on Saturday evening, after which all the reserved spots were quickly filled.

A great restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food is good in portions and the quality is also very good. Well seasoned. Service friendly and quick. Price/performance is still right here, worth a recommendation.

Simply FANTASTIC!!! Finally! I found truly authentic Chinese food in Zurich! The five dishes we had - all as I know them from Singapore and Malaysia. I can't wait to visit again and eat another set of great meals. As quick, easy and super delicious meal I already have a plate of Char Kway Teow in mind. This restaurant receives my highest recommendation! Clearly a MUST visit place if you love #authenticchinesefood !

Nice spot serving Chinese-Malay food, as well as some Dim Sum. The Xiao Long Bao were some of the best in Zurich-tasty meat, and firm but thin wrappers. Also has their Char Siu noodles with crispy won tons—perfect comfort food. As an added bonus, their kitchen is open all afternoon on Sunday.

Friends recommended this Malaysian Chinese restaurant, I had ordered Char Kuey Teow, if you craving Malaysia Chinese dishes, must try here. Especially the “HOMEMADE SAMBAL”, for Malaysian any dishes with added sambal😍😍😍.

A super delicious Malaysian-Chinese restaurant - a hidden gem, located near Limmatplatz. All dishes were convincing in terms of taste, presentation and combination of ingredients and exceeded my expectations! If you like something slightly spicy and sweet, this is the place for you - because the sauces/dishes usually go in that direction. My favorite dish of all was the starter 'Sambal Telur' (Malaysian-style fried hardboiled eggs), highly recommended to try it - the sauce on top is just wooow!

Very authentic Asian (Malay/Singapore/Chinese) cuisine. While we were there there were probably 6 or 7 extended Asian families coming to eat. In my opinion, always a sign of good cuisine. Laksa was excellent and is definitely a recommendation. The turkey dishes were also delicious. Even by non-Swiss standards, the prices were ok. Side dish comes separately, which we thought was ok.

The worst Asia restaurant I have encountered in Zurich!!! Not only the food tasted poor, the attitude of the waiters were unwelcome, but also the environment was terrible!

This is THE BEST Chinese/Malaysian food I have had in Switzerland! Get the Laksa and beef noodle soup…. Incredible taste, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and love of the chef. Also the chicken wings are super crispy and yummy. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely will be returning ASAP!

Great food & great friendly service - would be back again

Expected just a friendly ok restaurant but it turned out to be great - from the staff to the starters to the desserts everything was so tasteful without being heavy. Very nice, reliable service. My favorite was "Vier Koenige", an amazing vegi dish with Eggplant, green beans, okra, and peas and amazing spices. We ordered five desserts to share and all were different, very good and not too sweet - of those I liked the little bun best.

I came here after my Singaporean friend recommended this restaurant after we tried another Chinese restaurant down the street and weren’t so impressed. What a great surprise! Finally an authentic and healthy Malaysian Chinese restaurant with good dimsum. I ordered from them before via Uber eats, but it tastes 100x better to eat here in person, as some dishes don’t transport well, like the xiao long bao. I will be coming here again whenever I crave great Malaysian Chinese food!

Positive The laksa was a good portion and the chicken was very tender. Suggestions for improvement The portion of rice with the duck was charged additionally and was far too small. The laksa can handle more spice.
