Restaurant Anker in Flüelen

It was an all-round great evening with very friendly service and excellent food. For me one of the best addresses in beautiful Uri!

There is a menu with different courses, but you can also choose just the main course or starter. During our visit there was locally hunted game and it was very tasty. Price is rather high but consistent with the performance.

Since I like to cook myself and pay attention to high-quality products, we eat out relatively little. But if so, the anchor is at the top of our eating out list. The dishes are conjured up with high-quality, seasonal and local products. Always extremely tasty so far. And the service is great. The waitress introduces herself American style by name. Where is something like that already? My wife and I are completely thrilled.

The server was extremely friendly and the food was great. The map was very small, but in our opinion this was compensated for by the quality.

Last week my wife and I were at Anker ZNacht Essen. We ordered the surprise 5-course meat menu, but we skipped the cheese (so 4 courses in total). Madeleine served us. Every course was very tasty and Madeleine did a great job. The timing between the courses was optimal and we were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest. Many thanks to Dave and the whole team. Keep it up, we'd love to visit again.

A restaurant with a very good business idea. The food was very tasty and was cooked with a lot of love and dedication. The service was very friendly, it was clean and tidy. An old building with a historical background, in my opinion. Parts of the restaurant are even carved into the mountain, but unfortunately you can't see much of it anymore. I'll come back, that's for sure.

A great concept. There is only a 5G menu. The dishes are partly. New interpretations of classics. Very regional. A must! Good luck with the bold concept. We can only recommend it.

A lot of taste without frills is not just lip service here but is lived. The food, prepared with regional ingredients, is a true culinary experience. Great, very committed and attentive team. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!
