I have been here several weeks for work reasons Family run hotel Modest but complete rooms with excellent cleanliness The cuisine was excellent!!!! 5+ stars+ Highly recommended

This is the most terrible place I've ever been. Even one star is a great honor! They lie in the booking settings. They say double bed. You book and indicate two people, and when you book, the price is ultimately for one person and you cannot cancel, otherwise you will be charged 90 euros from your card. The second thing was when I came for breakfast, and the elderly woman said there was no breakfast. Stop! How is that? Next, not even with a distilled face, she served me 5 pieces of sausage and two pieces of cheese that were not of the first freshness. But the worst thing was that two yoghurts were out of date. On three!!!!!! Months. And the Nuttela is expired. Of course, I didn’t take a photo out of shock, but I don’t think that’s normal. If this is the owner, then this hotel, thank God, will close soon, and if this is a worker, then the owners don’t skimp on the staff - this is a terrible establishment, the inside smells of old age, horror.. I could barely wait to escape from there.

Small room, clean but dated bathroom, shower without cabin. Carpet in the room with stains.

It was a long time that I never had eaten such a goog chateaubriand with the excellent bearnaise sauce ! I strongly recommand that restaurant !

Friendly service, cheaper clean room and the bed was also comfortable. I'd love to come back.

Because it felt like the rest of Ticino was fully booked, we decided on Biasca and this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. For an inexpensive alternative with some distance from mass tourism, we would recommend Biasca and this hotel to everyone. Especially for short stays or as a starting point for day hikes. We stayed here for three days. + clean, simple and beautiful rooms + Bed and duvet look new + Towels were always washed + The guest's needs are addressed without request (mobile radiator in the cool room in autumn) + Small, sufficient buffet + Friendly interaction + Good à la carte food + Open to dogs + Hotel value for money top - water pressure for hot water low Facilities: everything important is there (as of 09-2020) * Hand and shower towel * Hand soap * Shampoo portioned in a bag * Wardrobe * small TV * Table with chair * Carpeted floor * Fan Does not have it: * Hairdryer (you could probably have asked) *Safe * Mini bar * Air conditioner Suggestions for improving the buffet due to COVID-19: - Pre-cut bread (not all guests used the napkin provided when cutting) - Do not offer butter in ice water (spoon was under water), but packaged individually

Bedingungen super freundlich, familiare Atmosphäre, Essen top, Preis / Leistung absolut angemessen. Seltenes so feines Cordon Bleu gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍
