Very beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired... 😕 The bottle of wine requested was not the one brought and served, moreover the empty plates of the appetizer were cleared at the same time as the dishes which gives the impression of a slight mess in the organization. A very long waiting time which would not have been so unpleasant if we had not found ourselves the last in the dining room (without having yet received the dessert) having been the first to arrive… It’s a shame because the team seems very motivated and largely competent, perhaps a lack of skills or staff?

We picked up the restaurant mostly for the great location, so close to the lake shore and with a great view, and we were not disappointed by the food nor the service. We went there with two young kids and the waitress gave them a set for coloring, which kept them enterteined for some time ans we could enjoy a good Spritz. The food was good, althought the crab cakes had very little « meat », but the chicken was tender and tasty. I would recommend it for lunch, it provides a great opportunity to enjoy the lake in sunny day. Prices above the average

By far the worst experience we have had in a restaurant. We stayed at the hotel Angleterre who offered us a drink at the restaurant for being a guest. The servers were rude and unhelpful. Will never go back again and will never recommend it to anyone going to Lausanne. Train your staff or hire new ones quickly.

Very pleasant place on the banks of Lake Geneva. We were happy to "sit down" on the large shaded terrace which gave us the opportunity to admire the landscape and we appreciated the fine and tasty cuisine that was offered to us. Sea bream fillet, perch fillets, white wine from the region, everything was excellent!

It's not good and what's more, it's very expensive.

I didn't understand that this 4* or 5* restaurant sells a capsule bottle of Epesse and makes the wine taste like a cork!!

Want to have 3dl of Vaudois or at least Swiss rosé wine on the terrace of this “4-star” establishment, nay, we offer you rosé from Provence! Yet are we in Vaudois land? We order 3 dl of Chasselas, Villette unless I'm mistaken, without presenting the bottle. Plus, in 3 glasses! We dream. We ask for the bill. It's no longer a dream, it's a nightmare! Fr. 37.50 for 3dl, 12.50 for a glass, Fr. 125._ for a liter of Chasselas!! Our complaint was in vain. Bravo for tourism and the image of our canton. We will not set foot in this well-located place again!

It was one of our worst experience of being served so far in a hotel. Had to call a waiter to be given a table despite being 2 metres away from two chatting servers who were just blatantly ignoring the entrance to the terrace and after giving us a table not cleaning the table until we asked for it. The waiters mocking us because we didn't want to have another plastic straw. The other waitress coming to our table three times with the orders of other tables and mentioning to us that it's her colleague that did the mistake. At the same time, she's checking her phone in the middle of service. Coming from the hospitality world, this is truly outrageous. The only thing positive is view in this experience of ours. Oh and I forgot, we actually checked and there were no waiters for more than 10 minutes outside. All of them inside.

The service is more than deplorable, between vulgarity, inappropriate humor between servers and lynching of customers behind their backs, the exceptional quality of the dishes did not succeed in making us forget this bad moment. We finished our meal with our aperitif glasses on the table, which should have been cleared for greater comfort! For a 5-star restaurant, the service needs to be reviewed!!! A huge positive point however for the kitchen, thanks to the chef!

Experience identical to that experienced by Luda. At the outdoor bar the waiters pass by you but do not take any orders unless you make your presence known loudly. I would not return to this bar

They make you wait at the bar to consume something to tell you that there is no room 20 minutes to wait for nothing incompetent person really very disappointed I won't come back thank you

Drinking coffee at the bar, something almost unreal. We stayed for 20 minutes, three waiters passed by us, but no one came to take our order. Finally, we left without being served. For a 5 star establishment the service is not up to par.

Magnificent experience, reverse menu, perfect welcome and service

Very warm and relaxed atmosphere, suitable for enjoying a hot chocolate while chatting with your friends. The place is very nice and elegantly decorated.

Unfortunately the service was very poor. The staff is unshod. The orders are not served properly. In a restaurant of this class, various mistakes simply cannot happen. I don't want to go into the errors as this goes beyond the scope!!

Vegetarians and vegans STAY AWAY! There is nothing for you on the menu except for side dishes - or desserts. :-(

Very pleasant decor on a nicely decorated terrace. Impeccable service. And the menu we had a lot of trouble choosing, everything made us salivate. It was excellent from the appetizer to the desert. I recommend it

Bizzare service, and we get reprimanded by the waiter who accuses us of having snapped our fingers to call him. And that is totally false. Otherwise it's very confined but relatively pretty.

Special menu for New Year’s Eve! We had a great time. The dishes are tempting, the cooking and seasonings are perfect. Very good products. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Small downside for this evening, the staff was a little overwhelmed and as a result the first two dishes were served without being able to order wine... but everything returned to normal afterwards. The restaurant setting is really nice and chic.

For the price the quality of the plate is too high!!!

Really excellent restaurant, warm atmosphere, truly comprehensive menu for meat lovers and truly excellent staff! And I recommend the chocolate soufflé for dessert, quite simply the best dessert in the world.

Nice drinks. Great patio. A bit pricey. Nice views.

The veggie burger is ordinary. For the price, we could have expected much better!
