We had to wait a long time - it took about 30 minutes until someone came and then another 50 minutes until the food came. The food was good but unfortunately the service was not.

We agree with the opinion of the vast majority of those who stopped just for refreshments or to have a meal: At Katon, everything is good!” Not only are the dishes very good and plentiful but the service is friendly and the owner very warm with the guests. The rare bitter people who have allowed themselves to denigrate just have to move on. As far as we are concerned we will come back (with Freddy) even if Besançon is not next door . Happy season to everyone at Robellaz!

Today 02.05.2023 was my first stop at this hostel. Friendly welcome, good food and prices like elsewhere in this type of establishment.

The menu looks very attractive, we would have liked to eat there! Unfortunately man's best friends 🦮 (even if very well educated and calm) are not welcome. Sullen look, unfriendly exchanges… ⭐️⭐️ two stars for the setting which is splendid!

Very friendly owner always welcomes you with a smile, very good food, magnificent flowers on the terrace, all this is worth the detour. Too bad dogs are not accepted.

Friendly farm. I ate roesti with tomme, sprinkled with onion and olive pickles, I really liked it and it was accompanied by a delicious varied salad.

A stop on the Katon terrace is a must, friendly and pleasant.

Always a magnificent place, excellent welcome from the owner, always excellent roestis, as well as the accompaniments. Cream cake to wake up at night.

At the entrance: dogs prohibited, even on the terrace! While we are in the middle of nature! What a pity! We went 1.5km higher, to Chalet Les Preisettes where animals are welcome outside and the meal and service are top notch!

Very good country dish, in the shade of a mountain ash tree with a view of passing deer. Descent to Buttes via the watchmakers' trail.

It's been a long time since I've been back there. Always a pleasure to go there The boss hasn't changed... Still as nice, friendly and funny. Very nice food menu. Meats or cheeses of your choice. The building has been redone, but not the interior which remains as warm as ever. Enjoy your food...

Despite a largely free terrace, we were refused to serve ourselves food at midday sharp, on the pretext that we had not reserved (2 people!!) The owner had too much work!. A negative example of reception in Switzerland.

Friendly welcome, terrace and simple restaurant but you feel good there. Moderate price. We stopped there just for a drink on the way between Chasseron and Buttes otherwise offers a traditional menu with a nice choice of roestis among others.

We asked if we could pay with euro, because they don't accept payment with card and we did not have enough cash money in Swiss franc. We had to pay the amount in euro without conversion and the staff was very rude when we politely asked for money back. The food also took more than one hour to be ready, we waited so long and we also paid too much. A rip-off. We will never come here again. Very bad.

Magnificent landscape, restaurant with superb decoration. Bell, flowers, photos.... A place full of charm. The food is very tasty there. And for a fair price.

Very friendly and warm welcome, smell of good cooking, from the moment you open the door... My guilty pleasures of taste; the filet mignon with morels, and presto, I order... Despite the crowds for a weekday, the service is quite quick, and what do I see happened, a hearty plate, followed by a sprinkle of röstis on a plate. Gargantuan, that's good, I'm dying. Conclusions: Delicious filet mignons with morels, the meat is tender, cooked to perfection, the sauce is perfect in the mouth, with taste, the röstis a bit too salty but very crispy, I enjoy it. Rating: 9/10 Salad with French sauce, very good 8/10 Eating too well, no desserts. Service: 8/10 Pleasant and beautifully flowered setting and restaurant 10/10 Only one downside in all this happiness that I found really disgusting, in the toilets no soap, and a very wet cloth to dry my hands, and no paper towels, that sucks... 0 / 10 Advice from the Baron, book before going up, even during the week it is full during the sunny days.
