Pleasant time in this friendly restaurant with very nice decor. Very smiling, welcoming and friendly staff. We ate very, very well there. A big Bravo in the kitchen and the salad sauce is great. It's worth the detour.

The restaurant we were lucky enough to dine at was simply amazing. As soon as we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere immediately seduced us. But it was above all the quality of the food that completely won us over. Each bite was a true delight for the taste buds. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the dishes were presented with great finesse. We were also impressed by the impeccable and attentive service from the staff. I went there almost a year ago. Someone at the Vallée de Joux falsely told me that it was a Chinese or Asian restaurant. This made the person who served me smile. He was probably the boss. He's one of those people who seems super serious, but the more you talk to him, the more you see how nice he is. He even joked until the end with a little "So? Do you want an Asian dessert too???" In short, good welcome, very good non-Asian meal. I've heard rumors that this place might close if the Grottes next door create their own restaurant. It would be a shame...

Too bad because the dishes are generous and the prices reasonable. My advice: order everything at the same time, starter/main course/dessert/addition if you don't want to spend the whole afternoon there. Ps: Madam manager came to apologize to us for the wait, thank you madam for this intention.

Located just outside Vallorbe, you can find this pearl right next to the caves. The guests are mainly locals from the region. The house specialty, meat on the hot stone, is definitely recommended. The waitresses and hosts put a lot of effort into serving the guests. The waiting time of 15 minutes for the main course was totally fine. Price/performance ratio was very good👍🏻
