Absolutely perfect in every way. Each dish transports you with happiness. It's difficult to single out one because they all deserve praise, but the duck in red wine in homage to Freddy Girardet is worth the trip alone. Perfect service under the (magic) wand of Monsieur Reguin. Just the welcome from Madame Giovannini, all charm and smile, promises you a great moment of happiness. Fabulous wine list encouraging you to forget all moderation. Extremely competent and efficient sommelier. In fact, a perfect score thanks to an exceptional conductor and a team worthy of him.

Having received a voucher from my family for my 60th birthday in January 2013, I noticed that it is impossible to have a table for 2. When you book and specify that you have a voucher, the message tells you that it is full . Several attempts at dates but never a free table. The good one will go into the wastebasket. The money collected from the purchase of the voucher is safely stored in the restaurant's account. Do you have the same problem? Let it be known. For my part, certain daily newspapers will be contacted.

Magnificent experience to end a year 2023 full of changes. Impeccable service, very well guided at the start of the meal about the different dishes, perfect synchronization between each dish, magnificent cheese platter at the end of the meal. Really nothing to complain about the menu and service. Plus, the gourmet menu was really, really extensive. A very small downside concerning the price of a dl of wine (20.- to 25.- per glass of wine) and spending 10.- for a verbena… Otherwise, very nice experience.

We expected a lot from this restaurant and they certainly did not disappoint. Not only did they meet our high expectations, they absolutely exceeded them. We were very well taken cared of.. from A to Z! The staff was very attentive and paid attention to details. The service was well synchronised and the plates were beautifully presented. We ordered the surprise menu. The dishes were flavourful and delish. The scallops and uni were divine and the lobster was cooked to perfection. I told the wait staff that I didn't have any room for cheese anymore and I very much appreciated that she suggested to bring me sorbet instead, so as not to leave my husband eating the plate of cheese alone. Overall, we had a lovely dinner and a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning.

It was with some anticipation that we visited this renowned and highly rated 3 Michelin star restaurant. We express a somewhat mixed opinion, perhaps harsh, but justified for an establishment of this caliber. A minor incident occurred when one of our espresso martinis spilled on the table, following a collision with the tablecloth. Despite our apologies, the incident was handled in a very courteous manner, but the intervention was limited to a simple towel on the stain, without any offer to change the tablecloth or reposition us, which seemed disappointing to us given the standing of the establishment and the price of the menu which amounted to more than 500.- per person. (That said, sorry again for the tablecloth!) The service began with the gourmet menu. The first dishes were divine, but the rest didn't really follow. The fish were overcooked, the dishes lacked boldness and creativity. The pace of service was irregular, with notable delays between courses. This service (certainly not reflective of their usual quality standard) did not really live up to our (very high) expectations, whether in terms of ambience, service, dining experience or value for money. price. The high cost seemed unjustified to us given the service. The evening, although pleasant, ended on a somewhat disappointing note. Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to the entire team who took the time to read this review, as well as to the manager with whom we were able to discuss various points. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

A disaster (I note that I came in September and that I took the gourmet menu for 410 CHF)! I had to create an account to report my experience. Being used to star ratings (+10 3 stars), this one is very far in my opinion from deserving 3 stars, even 2 stars we are far from the mark. Incomparable with Pic, Blanc, Marcon, Passedat…. We'll start with the positives: - Good welcome - The dishes are magnificent Now the negative points: - A 3 star really?! No petit fours (if 4 small madeleines that I can buy at Picard without exaggeration) no appetizers, no pre-dessert - WAY TOO DIRTY. All the dishes are too salty, the lobster millefeuille style Caesar salad was inedible because there was too much salt and the other dishes were the same, even the signature dish. - No notable dishes, tomatoes, mussel mariniere, red mullet, BBQ lamb... nothing at the level of a 3 star but more than a 1 star and then again. - The scandalous dessert!!!! On the menu we have 2 desserts, the first in a cocktail glass, a sort of mix of citrus fruits and without exaggeration it is at Picard level. - 2 rooms for dinner, we were in the 2nd, room without decorations, small, we had the impression of being punished

I had the chance to have an extraordinary gastronomic experience at the Hôtel de Ville de Crissier. Each dish was a true masterpiece, from the exquisite perch-based amuse-bouche to the refreshing cold starter of glazed tomato and willow mousse. The fricassee and tempura frog legs were a real delight, accompanied by a sauce to die for. We had a wonderful time on Saturday March 11th in the evening in the restaurant of the Crissier Town Hall. As we had the opportunity to tell Mr. Giovannini, he is a true culinary master. The dishes were presented like magnificent jewels in their boxes. Without losing sight of the fact that it is about cooking, we were able to recognize the different tastes and all the exquisite flavors of our dishes. We will also never forget the feeling - we were "blown away" and truly impressed - when we had the chance to enter the kitchen, with all these cooks (more than twenty) busy at work. their respective tasks and responsibilities. There was a certain form of serenity and undeniable control, despite all these active staff. What a beautiful and unforgettable surprise it was to have the privilege of entering the world of the chef, who was, moreover, very available when we spoke with him. No arrogance or self-importance (like with certain French chefs...) on his part. His primary concern is that customers have a pleasant time. As far as we are concerned, the objective has been largely exceeded. We were even treated to a little attention upon departure: the menu we tasted was given to us, printed on beautiful watermarked paper. The service was perfect, each person maintaining their personality. Nothing is worse, in our eyes, than being served by soulless, robotic staff. Which is not the case in the restaurant at the Hôtel de Ville in Crissier. Special mention for the sommelier who took care of us and who admirably advised us. As you will have understood from reading these lines, we are not part of the jaded clientele who frequent this type of establishment, which is why we were really touched by the fact that everything was done to ensure that we had a wonderful moment, even though we had a certain budget to respect. Yes, we can point it out, because we have experienced it, everyone is treated the same way in Mr. Frank Giovannini's restaurant, with kindness and all the professionalism that one has the right to expect in an establishment of this level. We had the chance to eat, on a few rare occasions, in certain restaurants that sublimate gastronomy (Ms. Anne-Sophie Pic in Valence, Mr. Paul Bocuse in Lyon, Mr. Philippe Chevrier in Geneva and Mr. Bernard Ravet near Morges) , we keep very good memories of each of these meals, but that of last Saturday, at Mr. Frank Giovanni's, will occupy a special place. A true kitchen goldsmith. A big congratulations! Thank you for this magical moment.

During a group meal, we had the pleasure of eating at the Crissier Town Hall. Overall I enjoyed the evening...unfortunately for a 3 star restaurant not everything was executed to perfection. Aperitif: we ran out of wine, champagne, water and above all seats - the room was not ready to accommodate the exact number of people and the staff did not come by to see if we were missing anything ( and suffice to say that we lacked everything...at the same time 2 one liter bottles for 20 people, you didn't have to invent powder to guess that there was going to be a shortage of water).... Meals: there were excellent dishes, there were very good dishes and good dishes. Generally speaking, I expected more madness and creativity in the combination of tastes, but nothing particularly surprised me - we stick with classic cuisine (excellent foie gras but I have eaten some like that more than a thousand times, royal hare very good but I didn't jump to the ceiling, etc.). Presentation of the dishes, however, is always superb! Service: absolutely NOT worthy of this restaurant and its reputation. We had to ask for water several times as well as white wine...I asked for the umpteenth time for water with my coffee which I never received, being on medication this particularly bothered me ...We did not receive any sugar or cream on the table with the coffee and no more staff to ask for it. The description of the dishes was not very clear. There were several of us at the table who didn't really understand what it was about. Damage. (No printed menus at the table either). Wines: personally, I did not appreciate the Valais red. I had the impression of a wine that was much too young and "acidic" for dishes like chamois or hare. I would have appreciated it being the sommelier who presented it to us and explained his choice. Decoration: the atmosphere of the place does as much work as the visual appearance on the plates. And for my part, I find the places a little kitsch....soulless...not clear-cut...lacking modernity. Bonus: visiting the kitchens is a great idea for a passionate person like me!

It's not possible to define it as the best restaurant in the world because you would have to have done them all. Unique taste experience. Fine-tuned dishes, masterfully revisited. All cooking is done to perfection. I'm not going to list all the dishes, the photos speak for themselves. We had such a blast with the hare à la royale that we could have eaten the plate of it. The service is worthy of what one would expect from this type of establishment: just perfect. We could possibly criticize the framework but we do not touch the institutions or the heritage! In addition, the Chartreuse window is a feast for the eyes and brings that little bonus that makes you dream for eternity.

a disappointing note because the dishes follow one another, the setting is aging, the culinary experience is mediocre as is the food and wine pairing. The Chenin grape leaves us with a bitter taste... we remain very disappointed for a gastro accompanied by a salty note.. There are much better nearby, you just have to look!

Incredible, I, who don't eat fish or other marine/lake products, enjoyed this. So preparation is important. Congratulations to the kitchen team and the servers who took care of us throughout the dinner. I have very good memories of it, thank you. Small downside, the long queue to reserve in the evening, you can't go there on a whim to stop by. This is a sign of success, congratulations.
