Thank you very much to the teams! Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail to make our stay pleasant. Magnificent view from our pod and terrace, the stove and the decor provide a cozy atmosphere, I can't wait to come back! Little attention for the dog who always pleases. Very good breakfast and meals. Just one of the evening meal servers who was less pleasant than the others (a little dry and looking down on us even though we ourselves work in the luxury sector) but that does not deserve a star less for the hotel: ) We will come back, that’s for sure! The place to be for an aperitif in Monthey!

The Brasserie des Cerniers is a magnificent place, tastefully renovated. On the other hand, the kitchen is by far not up to the standard. We were a group of 7 at lunchtime, and we were looking forward to eating simple but tasty dishes after a walk. The forest crusts are a disaster, thick and dry bread, sprinkled with cheese and a few mushrooms, dry, no sauce. A few grams of cheese and mushrooms, and a salad served directly on the serving platter, that's very little for a lot of money. The fondue was served, with pieces of cheese not melted: we had to return it to the kitchen to finish its preparation, without any apology. Too bad the cook is so incompetent We won't be asked to eat there again
