Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at the Eisbär restaurant. The staff was unfriendly and arrogant, which negatively affected the atmosphere. The food was also disappointing and boring. It's a shame that the customer service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope that in the future the restaurant will work to correct these issues and provide a more pleasant experience for guests. You could take Billy's double broke Kitchen as an example!

Attention, attention, very thin ice! The staff is cold like the name of the restaurant. You might think the waitresses were there for a day at Baur au Lac. Never again!

The couple who run the restaurant are very friendly and concerned about the well-being of their guests. The schnitzel bread is highly recommended, we love it. What we really appreciate, no matter when, the toilets are clean and tidy... We will be staying here more often ;-)

Very friendly staff. The restaurant is also child-friendly. Attention is paid to sustainability. I really like being here because it has a lot of space and you can also sit outside.
