!!! Perfect !!! I can't say/write anything else here. Apero in front of the restaurant on the terrace with a glass of Räuschling. The starter Salziz was perfect. The pizza tasted harmoniously recently. The service is attentive and almost visibly invisible, but always present!!! HAPPY TO GO BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!

Unfortunately, I don't have much good to say about the Erpel... The location is beautiful, the house is cozy and pretty well maintained. But unfortunately the two of us “only” ordered and ate a sausage and cheese salad with soft drinks. The innkeeper was probably quite disappointed, slammed the plate on the table and handed it to my colleague. Our conclusion was that we didn't leave a tip and never left the restaurant again. I'm sorry I can't rate it better, but serving guests respectfully and politely is the least you can expect (even if you're not dining expensively)

Reserved for 2 people, table was ready by the window. Friendly reception. The menu selection was relatively modest, we opted for Egliknusperli and Schnippo. Since I was very hungry, I asked the size of the schnitzel; the waiter's gestures indicated two small pieces. My request to bring four pieces was met with a friendly nod. As a drink, two iced lemon teas were ordered, one large and one small. We were given a home-made iced tea, the joy of it was dampened by the first sip, tastes are different, but this tasted like a ready-made powder mixture with Christmas spices. The room was well filled, so I was amazed that the dishes were brought to the table less than 10 minutes later The 5 perch nuts with a bit of greens are definitely not a quality product, but they were edible. I was a little confused when I saw my order, a plate with 4 schnitzels and a soup plate with fries. The schnitzels come from a large package, that's what they looked like and were edible. After the main course, a Coupe Denmark and a Caramelköpfli were ordered. The coupe was fine, also thanks to the warm chocolate sauce that didn't seem to come from a tube. The Caramelköpfli was quickly put aside and had a medicinal taste of Javel. In my opinion the restaurant is just looking for sales. Quality is insufficient in my opinion. When the iced tea was ordered, the powder mixture was served without any notice. The note about the caramel bowl did not have a positive effect on the bill. Yes, and so came the hammer, the bill. Summarized 2dl iced tea 5dl iced tea Small portion of Egliknusperli 5 pieces. Schnippo with 4 instead of 2 schnitzels Caramel heads Coupe Denmark Café Creme Latte Total 109.80 francs!!!!! The bill is in recession as a photo. If it had been a quality product it would be ok, but it all came from a large package. It's a shame, we won't forget this place anytime soon. This is my opinion and is not intended to intentionally influence anyone, tastes and requirements vary.

Nice excursion restaurant, with a nice team

Unfortunately we were disappointed. The nut salad was carelessly prepared and the salad dressing was bland. The Schnipo was ok but tasted boring just as it appeared on the plate. The service was sometimes very friendly, but other times seemed disinterested. A pity.

The restaurant is located directly on the main street and is still quiet and very idyllic. The food is very good and the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The pizzas are good, the other dishes are also very tasty. Well suited with children as there is a playground nearby. Baby chairs available and stroller friendly. There is usually enough parking space. Also perfect as a stopover on a walk around Lake Türlersee.

It’s in a nice location and most of the staff is very nice. However, the food is a bit and miss and this is why it’s hard to recommend. They really have a consistency problem. On busy days i had twice pizza that was barely edible, sometimes is really great though. Same with the service, had some really nice waiters and some rude and snarky ones. If you see the terrace really full on a busy day, rather do not have a meal.

Very nice service (and boss) and really good food. Apart from the price for the veal fillet with morels and noodles, the prices are OK and fair. We will definitely come again.

There are plus points for being child-friendly. The "Tom" Glaçe was served with Smarties. Smarter move, the kids enjoyed it. The aperitif was also A1, Besito Spritz and Erpelzotti are a dream. Insider tip: order with an orange slice! The game was perfect and the side dishes were delicious. The waitress Klara served us competently and with a smile. Unfortunately, the community's street lights were switched off at 11:30 p.m., so we had trouble finding the bus stop.

The restaurant Erpel, which means drake in English, is beautifully located next to Türlerlake. The dishes are prepared with love and to perfection, everything was done to point. It is especially beautiful during sunny weather when you can sit outside and enjoy the green surroundings and the tranquility that comes with it. There's a parking lot which easily holds 40 cars, so there should always be a free lot. The staff is great, they are friendly, welcoming and pay attention to details. The Türlerlake itself, which is just 5mins away on foot, is beautiful as well, definitely worth a walk around after a delicious meal at Erpel.

A beautiful traditional restaurant on Lake Türlersee. We spent a wonderful evening at Erpel. The food (be sure to try the desserts!) was excellent and the service was very charming! Here you can only feel good. Many thanks to the Studer family and the entire Erpel team. We'll definitely be back!

Nice location, good food and friendly staff

I had a pizza. The dough was unsalted and tasted bland. It also should have risen longer as it lacked airiness. The pizza was also too heavily topped and baked too short. The garlic slices were still raw. The mixed salad for the starter seemed bland, the raw zucchini slices served more as a filling than for flavor. Zukhhetti can be prepared in many ways, raw slices are not one of them. When I read through the other reviews and see the same criticisms again and again, I have to assume that criticism is not being addressed and that the restaurant can live from the good location. My negative criticism is aimed at the kitchen. The fast and friendly service was positive. The restaurant is also very nicely located.

For simple, small appetites and large wallets. The location of the restaurant is very nice and the hosts pay well for this. The staff's statement when we asked why the salad was so small with only four green leaves does not demonstrate professionalism. They apologized that the salad wouldn't be delivered for another hour. I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Whenever the weather is good I try to go, for the good food and service, and then complete the day with a walk around the Türlersee.

A beautiful environment (invites you to take a walk, e.g. around the lake), very friendly service and delicious food. I was a little worried because the Google reviews often mention small portions. But the restaurant's answers point out that they try to create as little food waste as possible and that you can ask for a supplement. That's a great attitude. But unfortunately it's a shame that they don't tell you this in the restaurant. Many guests will find it uncomfortable to ask for a second helping, which could result in negative comments about portion size. I made it easy for myself and ordered something that was more filling: asparagus cream soup and asparagus ravioli with sage butter were VERY tasty and well portioned. One star deducted because I also found the portions on other plates to be rather small and I find it unpleasant when I'm in a restaurant when I'm afraid I won't get enough food and have to ask for seconds without being offered it.

Great location and ambience, even with a nice playground in the countryside for the children. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't good, despite the wood oven the dough was too hard and could be improved. We should have ordered the seasonal dishes, they at least looked better.

Everything was great, except for the pizza, unfortunately, even though you have such nice wood-fired ovens. Really a shame! The dough recipe and ingredients must be replaced. The dough is very dry and the ingredients have almost no taste. It's really not hard to find a better dough recipe these days. For example, with olive oil the dough won't be as dry as a frisbee. When it comes to cheese, we should go for good mozzerella. There should be the will to prepare and bake. =( It's really a shame! We also know a lot of people from Zug who visit you again and again. They said the same thing. Otherwise, as I said, everything was great! Greetings Michael

Good restaurant, wait about 20 minutes for the food to arrive (I personally think that's okay). The negative thing is that after dessert you have to wait a long time until someone looks to pay. Anyone who is in charge of the table looks a little more at the table.

Outside Hui inside fine. The food was OK but the portions were much too small and the service was also quite unfriendly and not attentive at all. First we had to wait 10 minutes until she cleared away our empty plates and then we had to ask for the bill twice and still waited over 10 minutes so we We are really disappointed by the restaurant. We definitely won't go there again.

I'm a big fan of the Erpel, the staff is very nice, hospitable and does a great job. The food is also very good! So I can highly recommend it!
