The blond waiter who served us was very courteous, the truffle pasta was super good, very nice place to eat with the atmosphere of the old town of Geneva.

Outstanding service. We ate on the terrace, the welcome and kindness of all the staff are worth highlighting. The Swiss fondues were very good. Very fair price.

Great small restaurant, went twice and we had great meals and service

Very good location, very good fondue, the lady with the Portuguese accent is very pleasant but the young blond man is clearly unpleasant this is the 5th time I have been there 3 times served by him really mediocre! I asked for a fondue for 2 people and he brought me a fondue which was half empty and without the second plate and I had to ask him for another fork for my friend who was only served 4 times and me too to taste our fondue!!! At 25.- the fondue is expensive to butcher! I am really disappointed !

Good fondue but unfriendly staff at first glance.

December last year we ended up in this cozy restaurant on a day full of snow. We had the best time, the food was delicious and the Portuguese employees were the kindest people, offering us an amazing Delta coffee and letting us stay for long until the storm stopped a bit. 5 stars for the staff and delicious food.

An excellent restaurant in Geneva in a charming little area. The choice of dishes is wide, with a great diversity available, and above all they are excellent! The food was served quickly and was of very good quality, the waiters very nice and the interior very charming. The only downside is the price, which is a little high (count 20 to 26 Swiss francs for a hot dish without a drink, accompanied by at least a salad despite everything) but that's not something I can blame in restaurants, in Switzerland. in the heart of Geneva, it is obvious that prices will be rather high. Don't hesitate to stop by to taste this, it's worth it!

Privileged area at the foot of the cathedral. Quite affordable prices for the economic level of Switzerland. SPECTACULAR food. We have not had any surprises with the bill. The service, EXCELLENT (they speak several languages, including Spanish). Without a doubt, I recommend it 100%.

Passable Italian restaurant, but well situated in a tourist route. My pizza was very salty and looked and tasted more like fast food; however, my friend's gnocchi melted perfectly in her mouth. Bread was fine but not amazing. Service was prompt, and I found the pinwheel geranium they'd placed on their windowsill (it was winter, hence the lack of real ones) charming.

Slightly mixed opinion despite a very pleasant welcome! Afterwards it doesn't seem very well organized! Hygiene a little average! The waiter who transfers the fries from one plate to another with his hand in the room! When it comes to food, it's still very average! Frozen fries, burnt Burger bread

Very very good ! The people are super nice! The smell is truly incredible, we are immersed in a good atmosphere. The prices are affordable and the menu varied, I recommend.

The best thing was the attention and kindness of the waiter, we did not ask him his name but he was always helpful, kind and very friendly. Delicious food and very fair dishes in relation to the price. I don't have any bad comments about this place. I highly recommend it!

The fondue was DELICIOUS!! The staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommend.

Our dining experience was quite disappointing. The minestrone was thick and tasted like it came from a tin can, and we even found a fly in it. My husband's Capricciosa lacked flavor, wasn't properly baked, and had scarce traces of tomatoes. As for my Bolognese, it was watery, lacked any discernible flavor, and had a strange smell. I could only manage a few bites. Overall, it was one of the worst meals we've ever had. Be cautious and avoid falling into this trap!

Unfortunately food is far from Italian standards. Soup obviously from tin can when it could be fresh especially on cold weather. Pizza was the worse I ever had. Almost without tomatoe, looks more flammekueche than pizza and totally tasteless. You don't need much to make pizza or proper pasta. Location is great and tourists can't see diffrence. Go to Da Paulo in eaux-vives for real italian flavors.

Location is nice but don’t be fooled. Service was awful waited for 15 minutes for someone to bring the menu and then never brought any bread or spoon I asked for the pasta. As for the food I think Picard (frozen food) has a better carbonara that this one

Good restaurant where you can find classic dishes (burger, pizza, pasta) and traditional dishes from the region (rosti, fondue, raclette) The fondue is very good, you can really feel the flavors of the cheese, it is accompanied only by bread, if you want cold meats you will have to pay extra. Bernese rosti is a gratin dish made from peeled potatoes (like PdT pancakes) mixed with bacon, white ham, an egg and cheese. It's a typical Swiss dish that keeps you warm, it's fatty but that's the principle of the dish, after all fat is life!

I was served by Antonia who was very friendly! I recommend, the roastbeff was excellent! Very warm welcome and a very good atmosphere in the center of the city!

Food not fresh. Hygiene problem!!! Tomato basil pasta/old sauce without basil. My partner's rösti, (rösti in packet) poorly cooked. In short, big hygiene problem, I didn't even finish my dish. Go there, you will see for yourself! . It is shameful !

Melted with a flashback, it burned my hand. I asked for compensation, I received a NO, then I asked for ice cubes, I was told NO. When things go wrong, the service is not there. We asked another person for ice cubes

The servers are really very friendly and the atmosphere is very cool. Very responsive cuisine and affordable prices.

The price is right, the atmosphere is good, the waiters are friendly but the food was not tasty. The chicken burger was a soggy bun with flattened chicken fillet or something, I took 2 bites of it. The sausages for the children's menu have also been left behind. The pizza was okay. It was also not very busy like the tents that are a little higher up the street. I think they were twice as expensive, but for a reason.

Our family of four ate here and we had a great time. We thought the food was very good and the service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress, Alexia, was so prompt and kind to our children. The kids loved it and it meant the everything to us. The fondue was ideal and our kids ate every morsel. I had the Italia pizza and it was great quality - very large as well. After dinner the kids played near the merry go round and we had another drink.

Perfect place to enjoy dinner and a glass of wine or beer. Special thanks to Clement for the service. He was great.

Basically one of my favorite restaurants to chat, have a drink, eat etc., I consider myself a regular and yet you had to see how the chef addressed me because I had supposedly “snapped my fingers” to call the new waitress (brown hair and leopard-print shirt), something I've never done in my life. I like the staff at Flore, I have never been disrespectful so I really had a hard time understanding why this new waitress had invented this other than to make herself interesting. I confronted her and she said she didn't like people "pointing the finger" in the air LOL. Story which is suddenly modified when Madame is confronted. Of course, the job of a waiter is complicated and difficult, but it is a shame to have such a person in your ranks. In addition to that it is defamation and I can file a complaint given the public affront, but I prefer to come back during the week where I expect an apology from him, then I will change this negative opinion which I really put against my heart .

Trap tourists. Expensive for frozen food, not good. 4 people, 4 different dishes. Nothing good. Pizza to be prescribed! All Italian dishes are butchered.
