Terrible service. We order a dish showing our preference on the phone to avoid misunderstandings. We were charged twice for everything because apparently the waiter got the order wrong. We try to explain why we shouldn't have to pay for it since we didn't order it and we are told that it's not possible because the dish had been touched. Not only that, while we try to explain ourselves and the waiter doesn't speak any other language other than German, he tells us that if we don't speak German or Italian there's no point in us coming to ski in Switzerland (screaming for anything else), when between us we speak 8 languages ​​( including native Italian). Unheard of rudeness.

Depending on the weather, you may have to endure a lot outside (or use one of the blankets provided). The service would actually be good, but with the rush there is hardly any time for each guest and things get mixed up or forgotten. Considering it's up on the Alp, they've set it up well, it just fits.

One of the better restaurants in the ski area with good, down-to-earth cuisine. Unfortunately, in normal times it is often very full, which is why it is advisable to stop here a little earlier. So you can usually find enough space until 11:45. The location of the sun terrace is great (panoramic view), which excuses the long waiting times for the food. The beautiful location and the delicious hospitality are only topped by the extremely nice restaurateurs Basti and Hamza. The two stars of the Engadin scene are redefining hospitality! Thanks to their competent and friendly demeanor, the likeable guys give every guest the feeling of being unique. The good-looking, muscle-toned chicken Basti almost manages to reach Hamza's infinitely high standards and you feel equally in good hands with both of them!

The service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there today with four people and wanted something to drink. Unfortunately we weren't served for 15 minutes, but our neighboring tables were. The service staff was rather leisurely.

The Glünetta is the best place for a break in the Corviglia ski area. You have the choice between a homely hut atmosphere and the spacious sun terrace with an impressive view. In any case, the offering is of very high quality and the coffee is also prepared at over 2000 meters with a real espresso machine.

Most astonishing view of the slopes as well as mountain. Food taste great try to go just before peak time 11am or just after rush at 2pm to enjoy most of your time and get faster service.

We only had a drink on the terrace (on the single-row bench down the stairs). The service (a gentleman in charge of the bar) was so rude (for no reason) that we probably won't be coming back any time soon. 2 stars for the beautiful view.

Extremely overpriced, even for a ski hütte. The menu is really unimaginative. The food we ate was subpar, especially for this price. And of course, it was overcrowded.

Well today Feb 9th/2019 .. . we called to make reservations for 2pm outside ... message we don’t do reservations outside ,2pm is fine just show up ... so we did ... after looking for a table for 10min we got one sat down and tried to get one of the servers to pay attention to us .. 20 .. or to be precise 16 min later she was there (after 5 iterations of .. I will be with you in a second..) . My wife started ordering (from the menu at the table ..) message : Oh sorry if we are busy we stop serving food at 2 or 2:30 or 3 pm .. we were surprised ... and asked when .. after consulting her watch she said 2:30pm ... we were fuming (or maybe just really hungry...) .. a few back and forth later she told us we could get food inside ... or take a hike ... we decided inside was fine .. but it wasn’t ... “No sorry we don’t serve any food anymore “ .. I guess the boss or owner was not around... well we went to a better place that served outstanding food at the bottom of trais floors the pizzeria .. Italien place .. Being Swiss this hurts me as I feel the service was just horrible at Gluenetta and they just didn’t care ... I can NOT recommend this place
