Restaurant Goldener Hahn in Wangen-Brüttisellen

I was there for lunch with work colleagues. Waited 45 minutes for the food after ordering. Restaurant only 20% full....?! Food delicious, prices ok. Service seemed stressed and overwhelmed.

We had a family event with you yesterday and were very well entertained. The food was very tasty and the service was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely come back just for the goulash, but the Goldener Hahn is also recommended for other things. Price/performance is also ok.

When I ordered my MC Flurry I had to realize that it was just taking too long for me. I suspect that the ice cream machine has batteries damaged because the oil change indicator was not observed. I am dissatisfied and now have suicidal thoughts. Thank you very much. Kisses on the nut. I'll add ten minutes after posting my mc flurry arrived, it tasted delicious, almost a tasty treat, but it was pretty runny, whatever a fox, I don't have a hassle (exclamation point)!

The food was okay, but unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour 27 minutes for our food to arrive. It was a normal Friday lunchtime and not very busy. When we asked where our food was, we were told “at allaCart” it takes longer... longer, yes, but not 1 hour and 27 minutes!! In addition, the tables next to us came later and got their food before us! We had to pay the entire amount, not even drinks were offered. In addition, fillet was cooked medium rare, chicken nuggets were sold as crispy chicken and vegetables were cold. Thanks but not in return.

Yesterday we had dinner at Goldener Hahn with a group of 19 people. The restaurant is very attractively and invitingly decorated and the long table is beautifully set. We were all able to order individually à la carte, which was a bit of a sensation in itself. A longer waiting time is certainly necessary and was accepted. The plates that were then served to us were each a feast for the eyes. Very lovingly prepared; The plates were also preheated for warm dishes. And we enjoyed it excellently. The service employee who served us was highly professional and extremely friendly. We can highly recommend this restaurant and we wish the Goldener Hahn a golden future!!!

The place is clean and tidy, I'm glad that it's a 10-minute walk, and we can already have lunch or dinner. If the guest says that he wants to talk to the manager of the restaurant, don't come back with the answer that there is a lot to do in the kitchen and he can't do it. When you only have a limited amount of time to eat lunch, waiting for your food can be a bit frustrating. But overall this is a minor issue and doesn't affect the overall restaurant experience. Overall, I can highly recommend the Goldener Hahn restaurant. If you are looking for a place that offers good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices then this is definitely worth a visit.
