I had ordered Chicken Karahi and Chilli Chicken. Both the dishes tasted similar and that taste was pedestrian. They even looked the same. If this restaurant were to be in India, it would have closed in no time. The food is not authentic. In fact, it is evidently bad. On top of it,they have the audacity to charge you amounts that do not reflect the quality of the food. I will never go back to this place. I have eaten in at least a dozen Indian restaurants in Switzerland and this is by far the worst food I have eaten in those dozen restaurants.

Endlich nicht mehr extra nach Zürich fahren für Indische Küche.Das Essen war gut gewürzt und wird nach Wunsch auch schärfer serviert. Thanks to some weekend road construction, my wife and I wandered down a street we had not been down recently, only to find the best Indian cuisine I have had in Switzerland and probably the best outside of India. This was such a great surprise. The ingredients were authentic and the range of dishes covered all of the favorites most fans of authentic Indian food will be looking for this far from its origins. The atmosphere is simple, but very nice and with an Indian charm. The family run business is passionate about its food and service. We were very warmly greeted and immediately seated. We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant had a full bar service with some good wine selections (really enjoyed the Chianti) along with several beers and liquor choices. The samosas we had as an appetizer were exceptional. I could have eaten a platter of those as my meal and been more than happy. I have had "fine" Indian food in many countries and these samosas stand out as by far the best. My wife then had her favorite Indian dish, which is Chicken Tikka Masla, which she loved. It was a perfect portion. I had the Chicken Curry, which I also thoroughly enjoyed. The meet was perfectly tender and the sauces very rich in layered flavors. I asked that mine be spiced up a bit hotter and they gladly accommodated, pointing out that they can satisfy any range of tastes, which the demonstrated with my wife that prefers a more mild flavoring. We had a small desert of Gulab Jamun (fried milk balls in a sweet glaze sauce). These were also excellent. Service was fast and extremely attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience.
