We really liked the Hundertwasser architecture. Unfortunately, you can find a variety of opening times on the internet and when planning you don't know what you'll find there. To our great disappointment there was no pinsa in the bistro today (without a note on the website!), only cheesecake. And it was still cold in the middle.

Great Hundertwasser House, the only one in Switzerland. Free entry and a good restaurant inside to fortify yourself. They're just Swiss prices so don't be alarmed 😂

I always thought it was fake when I drove past :) Definitely worth a stop! If you like design, architecture and art, you can't just miss it here. Luckily there is a friendly cafe there where you can relax for a while. However, the men's toilets were not successful...

CHF 18.- for a piece of cheese flatbread with a small, green menu salad, plus little and tasteless dressing, does not represent an appropriate price/performance ratio.

Openly accessible Hundertwasser House with a café and small shop. Don't miss the upper floor (roof terrace) and the toilets, which are worth seeing. I love the bottle wall!

A Hundertwasser location unspectacularly located in an industrial area and on a thoroughfare. Inside and outside, it is decorated very true to Hundertwasser and with a lot of attention to detail.

We spotted the place while driving past. Then we found out about it online and tried to stop by to visit and have a drink at the end of the afternoon, around 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. But this was not possible, this establishment closes very very early. Too bad, especially since the other reviews really made you want to see the interior. We were still able to admire the exterior which is reminiscent of the works of Gaudi. This is quite surprising for a Swiss building. Well, maybe it will be for next time, another year!

Disconcerting. I don't know how to describe it, but it's worth seeing if you're in the area.

It was wonderful. On the cycle path from Rorschach back to Lindau you practically pass there. We were early, the café had just opened. The location is really nice. By the way, the bike path too!

Always impressive a building by Hundertwasser (or a good copy like this one). If more were built in this inspiring way it would look greener, happier and more people-friendly! How positive that a community has built this together! Also take a look inside and on the roof. What a beautiful place! I was so ready to spend money on the art, have a nice meal and refreshing drink after a long days travel, but your server changed all of that in a moment. My traveling partner and I got a menu and sat down at an available table. The server arrived, and all seemed well. We ordered mineral waters as we looked over the menu. We were served our drinks. My traveling partner continued to look over the menu. The server sat a few customers and walked behind my partner and snatched the menu away . (My partner was looking at the menu and was unaware the server had walked up behind her) Never once making eye contact. She gave the menu to new customers. She never again came to us. She never looked our way. She continued to seat and wait upon other customers. But would never return to us. We went to pay for our (2) glasses of water. €12.00. She never spoke. She clearly did not want us there. I have never been to an establishment that flat out refused to serve me. Tourists beware. Do not give your money to this place. The whimsical beauty of the building will attract you, but I promise the service is less than stellar. I am sure the service will be much more at the McDonald’s next door! Walk through. Enjoy the beauty of the architecture; but do not waste your time or money on these people who make it very apparent that they do not like you.

Great building, you can move around freely inside and use the restaurant for refreshments if you want.

Curious building that attracts attention for the particularity of the construction effects with golden domes and mosaic walls. The whole thing is certainly impressive. You come across it while cycling along the Swiss shore of Lake Constance...

A somewhat idiosyncratic architecture. But anyone who knows Hunderwasser will appreciate it. A walk around the building is recommended.

We really like the Hunderwassethaus. This was the second time we watched it. Really something special! The café is incredibly cozy and the staff is friendly. You can watch everything for free. A short film about Friedensreich Hundertwasser and the construction of the house is shown on the roof terrace.

A beautiful 100 H2O building, it invites you to enjoy. We felt very comfortable, we will definitely come back. The website does not do the work of art justice. It really is incredibly beautiful!

Extremely worth seeing, not just for “aircraft nostalgics.” Modern new building with roof terrace with a unique panoramic view.

The Hundertwasser House is truly impressively artistic. In the style of Hundertwasser, the object is a feast for the eyes. Down to the smallest detail, nothing is like any other building. The roundabout next door is decorated with an original “Hunter”. You also know straight away that the Altenrhein airfield is next door.

Always worth a visit. Great Hundertwasser House, good location. Parking lots available.

The Hunderwasserhaus alone is worth seeing. Simply friendly, accommodating. You just feel comfortable in the restaurant. I can only recommend everyone to go there.

Hundertwasser buildings are beautiful as always! There is also a cafe. To reach it quickly from Austria even without the Swiss motorway toll, stay on the federal highway.

Almost everyone has heard of it but certainly few have seen it. A trip there is worth it for anyone who likes a different kind of art and is willing to let it work its magic on them. There are opportunities to sit down and take in everything. There is a bar downstairs if you want to eat something or just want a coffee. There are enough parking spaces available.

It's a shame that it's only open until 5 p.m
