Restaurant Il Bivio in Morges

My visit to this Italian restaurant was a great discovery! The pasta was excellent, cooked perfectly al dente and bursting with flavor. The pizzas were also very good, providing an authentic dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, however, a small downside to note was that the place was very noisy, which could sometimes disrupt the atmosphere. Despite this, an address to recommend without hesitation for lovers of quality Italian cuisine!

A little “cold” interior, could be a little more friendly. But clean and otherwise TOP 👌🏻

Professional lunch at midday. Everything was delicious. Great care is taken in preparing the pizzas. For me, this restaurant really stands out for the quality of the products used. Friendly service with an Italian accent as a bonus! Maybe a little long, but it had a lot of people. Several daily lunch menus.

I discovered this Italian restaurant in Morges. I had truffle taglolini, absolutely delicious, I will come back, because the pizzas look delicious. Added to that a warm welcome, nothing to say I would come back.

Italy in Switzerland! Everything we tasted was amazing! Super professional and available staff. Really honest price because the dishes are made with high quality products; also, the research and care of the pairings between the products is incredible! We are pampered and we really have fun! I lived in Italy for 8 years and I miss its gastronomy! I finally found her in Morges! I tasted their pizzas (a delirium!), their pastas (the fregola and this summer's risotto with shrimp and lime are incredible!), their fried fish (a real killer!!!), the desserts, the Spritz and wine… everything is delicious! Top 5 of the best pizzas I have eaten. And I've eaten hundreds of them. Light, airy and crispy dough. Mozza and raw ham tomato sauce with a perfect consistency. Pleasant and caring service. The best. Go for it!

Exquisite food, the pizzas, the calzones... the only flaw was the dessert... I took a caramel dessert and as a decoration there was chocolate on the bottom of the plate (of all the dessert plates), so I didn't have I couldn't finish eating it (a shame because it was delicious)... and my son's milkshake was almost all milk... Apart from these details, the guys at the service were all very nice... The atmosphere was really nice... we had multiple opportunities to laugh and joke with the staff. We even took the leftovers home, they were so good!

This evening I had the pleasure of dining in this typically Italian restaurant located in the center of Morge. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine. Here you will have the opportunity to taste typical products of Italian tradition and an extraordinary Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. I will definitely come back

Apparently the menu has changed and so has the team. The pizzas are very good. On the other hand, the waiter (who frankly has merit) had to manage the terrace and the interior room alone)... It's just impossible... Hence some expectations. If this is a new team, they will have to correct this very quickly otherwise they will shoot themselves in the foot and lose the regulars

Finally a place to eat a real Carbonara and Neapolitan pizza. If it's not to your taste, it's probably because you don't know how to eat.

I was on holiday in Switzerland and while walking through the beautiful Morges we stopped in this wonderful place attracted by the splendid terrace. We decided to have dinner there and we were great welcomed by an exceptional staff and the quality of the food was really excellent. I highly recommend trying this culinary experience in this truly ITALIAN restaurant!!

Really good restaurant with attentive staff.

The pizza was very good. Classic taste with a prosciutto ham and sliced tomato which came with fresh basil and spinach, topped with parmigian. Salad was also great. Loved the sprouts accent. The side of bread was a little hard for my taste. Pepper infused olive oil was a fun accent to dip the bread and crust in. Cost 24 franks for the pizza (about 13”) and 10 franks for the salad.

We ate last night in this restaurant, the terrace is perfect and very pleasant! great starter (moscardino) excellent pizza, delicious, the products are very very good and fresh and to finish we had a super delicious dessert! The service is great, the waiter is very kind to satisfy the customers. We highly recommend him to have a pleasant time! Thanks to the whole team

Evening with friends, it was perfect! We were curious to see if with the change in management the level was the same… what can I say? EXCELLENT. The young owners are kind, prepared, professional, available… This restaurant will be our favorite place, that’s for sure!

I went to this restaurant with three of my friends, we ate a focaccia as an appetizer, 2 salmon tartars and two fried squid. I highly recommend! All very good! We will come back with pleasure! top notch service! New management approved!

Catastrophic! To flee ! Pizzas this dry are unheard of! No taste, products of more than mediocre quality. As for the noise pollution, it's intergalactic (on the terrace), between the road all around, and the noise from the restaurant inside...To top it all off, we are made to pay for bottled water even though we expressly asked for it. asked for water in a carafe... certainly the worst experience of my life in a pizzeria!

Very good Italian cuisine, delicious homemade pasta. Great choice of pizza but not enough choice of pasta. Insufficient quantity on the plate for the spaghetti vongole. The tables are a little crowded.

Tasteless and almost pureed salmon tartare. Fries that looked like they had been put in the fryer 3 times. Salad drowned in sauce that is way too vinegary (and yet I like vinegar) Bland pizza, chewing gum paste and tasteless and borderline rancid truffle oil. Super disappointing for 115.- for 3 and with only 2dl of wine

Il Bivio is fantastic. The gnocchi is some of the best I’ve ever had! My French is abysmal and the staff was very nice and courteous.

Italian restaurant. Excellent pizza. Truly made to perfection. Looking at the other tables, the starters were nice too. A place worth returning to. It is close to the station and convenient for the bus. The interior is nice but not exceptional.

The pizzas there are really excellent. It is also difficult to venture further into the menu even if the other dishes served on neighboring tables seemed very good in quality and taste.

I went to eat last night with my colleague, reading the comments I thought we were going to have a good experience. In fact the welcome was not as good as we had hoped, we waited with empty plates for an hour after finishing, while they often came by to see how the couple next to us was feeling and if they needed something. As for the first course, very good, I loved the ravioli! On the other hand, I don’t recommend dessert! I paid 12 chf for a gourmet coffee that I didn't like at all. Before ordering it I asked the lady what desserts were included, she told me: it’s the chef who decides. So yes, it’s him who decides but she should have told me, because a scoop of vanilla ice cream that I didn’t like with 2 small desserts that weren’t good…at 12 chf! I gave 2 stars for the beautiful terrace and the first course, I will only come back for that but not for the welcome or for the dessert

Having had dinner multiple times over the past 5 years I can only commit to the fact that the food and service is consistently good, not only the taste but also the value for money. It makes Il Bivio one of my top picks in case I'm too lazy to prepare food myself (not uncommon). It's an Italian restaurant with obviously a wide variety of pizzas and pastas but that doesn't mean the not so Italian dishes are of any lower quality. Personally I can for example recommend the tartare. Well done Il Bivio team. Update, one year later: Il Bivio keeps impressing me with their consistent level of quality of food and friendly service. Highly recommended! ❤️🧡💛

From my experience this is the best restaurant in Morges. Italian cuisine, freshly and quickly prepared and you can always find a place without having to reserve in advance. Unfortunately, the front garden is a bit too noisy during rush hour as the ring road runs right past it. The staff is nice and competent.

There were 6 of us today at noon. The dishes were delicious 😋 the pizzas were delicious with a light crust just like we like them. The pasta portions were perhaps a little small but we didn't come away hungry. I gave it 3 stars because the desserts were a bit disappointing. The staff is attentive and attentive

Having read good reviews on the place we decided to visit especially as our usual pizza place in Morges had recently closed. We were not disappointed.

Hey kid! A friend and I got lost and of course we were hungry! As a result we spotted this restaurant... Well, you see pizza and all the other stuff obviously it was easy to lure us. Well, we ate really well! The pizzas are terrible and the tiramisu is wonderful. The excellent staff who slipped in 2/3 words of Italian, well we didn't understand but it put us in the theme! I promise next time we'll get lost again and come back to your place.
