After 20 years I was in Bützen again today and it's brilliant that everything is still furnished the same way it was 40 years ago = rustic and homely 😀 the mixed salad as a starter was great with 7 different salads and the Älplermagronen are extremely tasty ✅ The salad plate was mega big and with 9 salads - great ✅ The service was very friendly. Toilet was clean. Lots of free parking spaces ✅ large outdoor children's playground. We'll be back 😀✅🙏🏽

Terrible service. Arrived at 14.00 just after the lunch crowd and it still took over 1hr to get our food. When asked what was taking so long we were told that they were busy and we would just have to wait our turn. Was one of those experiences where one could tell that they really could not care about the customer experience; it was all about them

Now, in spring, two pairs of storks are busy building their nests and breeding, as well as at the neighboring property. The storks are also present in winter! We went to the Bützen restaurant for lunch today. A huge compliment to the entire Bützen team. We were greeted very friendly, the service was top and the service was very warm and quick. Our children were served with jokes and nice smiles. The chef also showed what he could do with a lot of skills. The sliced ​​meat was extremely tender and the rösti was crispy. The Cordonbleus were also an absolute delight and the fries were just what you would want. The Cordonbleus has a large selection and something for every taste. I ate here again today and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised compared to my last visit 4 months ago. The Cordon Bleu was great and about 40% bigger than back then. Simply great and can only be recommended.
