We therefore made our dissatisfaction known to the waitresses, not accusing the person who took care of us since she is not directly responsible. The person we infer to be the “boss” or at least the one in charge of the department came in a very unpleasant tone and reacted in a completely inappropriate way. She puts the blame on the waitress who is “new”, a waitress who is absolutely not the target of our criticism. To put it simply, she doesn't care. In short, the food is pretty good but the service makes this experience abominable, no pleasure, I don't recommend.
