We had a good time at the Petit restaurant. The dishes were delicious however for the price we expected another service.. For the dishes, nothing was described during the service, whether it was the accompaniments, or emulsions, we didn't know what we were eating! Also for wine by the glass no suggestions were made based on the dishes, the wines available were not very suitable for the dishes on the menu

1. The waiter below all for such a restaurant: We pointed out to him that he had forgotten to bring us the appetizer. "I'll get it right away", he came back but to take another table's order and still no appetizer! We waited 20 minutes for our aperitif (a kir that was much too sweet). Before we finished our aperitif he came to serve us 2 dishes that we had not ordered. 2. Overall the food was good but with a few imperfections: My “perfect egg” was not perfect because half of the yolk had already coagulated. The dish with the octopus, the apples were burnt and black. In short, given the (expensive) prices of this restaurant, we expect better service and careful cuisine... Difficult to give him a second chance, to see...

Good food, nice setting but the service remains poor given the price: 1 hour wait for our dishes but no appetizers or bread to wait, the presentation plates are removed but the cutlery is not suitable for selected dishes,…

Magnificent meal, everything is perfect in the mouth. A real treat! The prices aren't cheap, but it's definitely worth the price! I highly recommend

Service unfortunately very cold and unprofessional (error in the order, a free coffee would not have been refused given the final bill paid, derogatory remark "But he will kill me" when a colleague asks a question on the menu, slow service arrived at 12 p.m. and left at 3 p.m....). Very good meat, very light accompaniment)

I stopped at this rather sophisticated eatery along the main road through St Legier to have dinner last night. It was Tuesday and we were only seven guests which is a sign that even good restaurants have still not regained their popularity from before Covid hit. The restaurant boasts serving mostly local products. Cooking style is clearly French and there is a good selection of wines from close and far away. What's missing are vegetarian options although they tell you they will make you a vegetarian menu if you tell the cook well in advance. I chose lamb racks that were cooked to perfection and had a delicate taste. For desert I selected an assortment of French and Swiss cheeses, good but expensive for what you were served by the pleasant waiter.

We booked via the Fork, the restaurant is in the middle of the village, parking nearby! The menu is small but extremely well prepared with fresh products from the region. Flawless! The service is efficient and quality. The room is small but tastefully decorated! The background music is great! The foie gras as a starter is something to stand up for at night, I have rarely eaten such good foie gras in a restaurant. The beef fillet and potato terrine are just excellent. Small plate of cheese and to finish the warm chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream! The prices are justified in relation to the quality and quantity on the plates. Homemade takes time and has its price! Thank you for this wonderful culinary moment.

Always a huge pleasure! Cuisine made with love and with local and seasonal products. Incomprehensible that this restaurant is not better known! Each time you visit, whether at lunchtime or in the evening, everything is original and delicious. The wine list is great too! I can only recommend?

Nice decor, very cozy! Impeccable service. A great discovery! The beef and pork are very good: perfectly cooked, tender meat! The accompaniments enhance the dish: crunchy, melting, different flavors. The quantities are generous. Good wine list. I recommend without hesitation.

Friendly setting. Terrace available in good weather 🌞 sheltered from traffic. Pleasant service 👨‍🍳. Card on slate and with the desire to work on a daily basis with local products. 🥕 The prices charged on entries 💰 are high ↗️. Certainly they can be, except that unfortunately... it is not up to the price. On the entire meal menu, the presentation is far too simple 😕 even if it’s still good 🙂 The prices of wines 🍷 by the glasses are also “hefty” 💰

As the name suggests it’s a small restaurant, run by a small super friendly team. The 4 of us made sure to choose different dishes so managed to sample almost all of them between us. My favourite was probably the octopus salad starter which was fresh and full of surprising flavours. The main dishes were fabulously cooked, delicious meats and fish, with lots of attention to detail- even the potatoes are done in a way I wouldn’t have expected. Followed by delicious desserts and lovely wine - I would very much recommend to every foodie who is after a fantastic evening out. Frederik, London

A charming terrace for a romantic dinner. The grilled octopus is a treat, the fish very tasty and the kidneys excellent. The chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream and crumble made us melt. Trust the waitress for the excellent choice of wines such as Diolinoir. Succulent cuisine and very friendly service. Bravo to the chef. We had an intimate and romantic evening

The owner was friendly until she was told that the rosé was acidic. The meal was not good and the prices worthy of the Palace in Lausanne.

After hearing about this restaurant so many times, we finally went. Everything was great! The cuisine, of course, but also the wines, the advice, the service, the setting,... We will come back, that's for sure!

First dinner at Le Petit in 2022. What can we say, we absolutely loved everything: The vol au vent with sweetbreads cooked to perfection, scallops on a bed of black rice and a delicious pear in wine. We even witnessed the installation of new decoration in the charming restaurant room. See you soon

A great discovery in name only. Located in the village, very warm welcome, limited choice of food but of very high quality. A vegetarian proposal may be missing, but probably negotiable. Local and seasonal products.

We had the privilege of visiting several Michelin-starred restaurants on our trip to Lausanne and Vevey, but this place was hands down the best restaurant we visited. All dishes were just fantastic and the staff so warm and inviting. We especially loved the filet and the chocolate mousse. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Impeccable welcome and service. Very warm and bright place, very pretty terrace at the back. As for the cooking, a treat, fillet of beef and potatoes in mille-feuille as well as chocolate mousse for dessert, flawless. I look forward to going back there.
