Disappointed with our last visit July 15, 2023 in the evening, we were used to good quality and this time splash.... “Very rare” undercooked meat for hamburgers, undercooked fries, completely brown and soft. During our comment the waiter explained to us that a quality problem with the potato supplier was the cause. Unfortunately this is not the problem of the consumer who pays full price for quality that is unfortunately lacking. Very disappointed 😞

Excellent perch fillets, especially with the lemon cream sauce. Beef entrecôte with very good Taillecou sauce. Eating by the water is a real pleasure. The service is perfect, friendly and relaxed staff. Don't forget to book.

We did not understand why our server gave us a cold welcome and equally cold, even unpleasant service, without a single smile. Additionally, what we came for (salmon tartare) was not available, despite the fact that we had asked during a coffee stop a few days before if this dish was still available and we were told assured that yes. No word of apology from the waiter who said "let us look at the menu" and then disappeared for almost 20 minutes, even though we were ready to order and hungry. The waiter in question ruined the evening for us with his attitude and lack of interpersonal skills. In addition, we heard him taking care of a table of regulars next to us. Completely detestable little cronyism. What a bad experience! And what a shame because the place is nice and we were looking forward to having a good time!

Nice location, but I witnessed behavior that shocked me. 3 severely disabled people (in wheelchairs) and the 3 accompanying people sat on the only table on the terrace that could accommodate them, the one “reserved for members of the St-Prex nautical club”. The waiter actually kicked them out of the table (the only one suitable for them) under the pretext that it is ONLY for club members! Nice display of empathy. I have my boat moored in this port, but I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Service: if you get a smile from a waitress, play euro-millions straight away! The furniture, I don't even talk about it. No atmosphere, no soul. What a shame to spoil such an idyllic place, Saint-Prex deserves so much better! We are on the bare minimum at all levels.
