A warm Italian welcome! The smiling bosses are always in a good mood. I love this place where we know how to treat our customers with generosity ❤️ The terrace is undoubtedly the most charming on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel and the cozy interior has nothing to envy. This year a new menu with a large choice of pastas and pizzas among others, as well as meat and fish, enough to make you salivate. It will take the season to test everything 😅 A little extra for my part, I enjoy taking advantage of this camping restaurant which does not play 5 stars and knows how to present its menu to a varied clientele for small and larger budgets. THANKS For now ; Tried the Gruyere Burger 🤩 delicious. And a limoncello served in a very original way And if you can read between the lines, the owners are very open to suggestions ❤️ I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart

Unfortunately I have to put a star to post my comment, but I won't put any!!! A place that could be magnificent, but tasteless supermarket food, with shredded red cabbage straight out of the bag and drizzled with ready-made white sauce from the wholesale market, octopus swimming in its preservative juices and a boss who is sorry (with the accent) that it didn't please us more... without more apologies... that 'to each his own' yuck!! Besides, one should always be wary of an empty terrace by the lake on a wonderful full moon evening.

We gave 1 star because it’s impossible not to! The servers are non-existent and in bad faith. We had to go find a waiter to order. We order one thing they give us another... Mediocre!!!! We won't come back again.

Very pretty setting by the lake next to a beautiful little beach with a large shaded terrace. The Italian welcome and service are top notch, friendly and very friendly. Children are welcome. Very nice menu offering varied and very good menus at reasonable prices. I can only recommend this address 👌

1h30 wait to be served and no coffee offered even though there were 7 of us, it's limited

Excellent location, unfortunately 1 1/2 hours of waiting before receiving our dishes….Friendly waiter, but apparently overwhelmed. Smiling but non-existent boss. We would have appreciated being offered coffees due to the wait…. The pill would have gone better…. Damage

The restaurant has been taken over for this 2023 season... There are big changes... and not for the better. More than 1h30 to get a pizza on a Sunday at noon when the terrace is only half full... quite a few tables left before receiving their orders. Tables not cleared for more than 1h30. We ask for a gluten-free pizza (which is offered on the menu) the pizza arrives but with gluten (fortunately we asked again). Very very average pizzas and the pasta was not what I wanted. We were (fortunately!!!!) offered coffee but that doesn't make up for the rest. The only positive point was the chili oil for the pizza which was very good... Unprofessionalism in the service and in the kitchen, it's a shame.

The pizza dough burped on me, no yeast dough! Baking powder industrial dough, comes out of the machine ready to serve at the push of a button, filling is great.

Great place overlooking the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Located in a well-kept bungalow campsite. The Les Pins restaurant with its pretty terrace is well located and offers a magnificent view. Very friendly and smiling staff, you can take a coffee break or eat. A playground for children is located right next door, I recommend this place 👍

The terrace at the water's edge is extremely pleasant and what's more: the quality of the cooked dishes is as remarkable as the service. We will not miss the opening next season

We came to eat not very long ago, the perch fillets were not bad, nothing to complain about, with a very nice presentation, well done, just a bit of a shame about the fries, don't expect to eat nice fries, they're low-end fries, the same ones you buy at the store, then carrot salad etc., it's the same thing. But the rest nothing to say I advise you to come and eat you will enjoy yourself

Very poorly received. We were told it was full even though we were sitting at a table with friends who were already eating. Supposedly the kitchen could not handle two more extra place settings. It was 8 p.m. and people were ordering around us. Anything but welcoming and accommodating.

Small, unpretentious place with simple, but TERRIBLY efficient cuisine. The taste combinations are exquisite. And the service has nothing to envy of the cuisine. Well done and thank you

This comment comes 5 weeks after my visit. Indeed, at the time, I was very, very disappointed and taking a step back I add one star to my first verdict. If the culinary experience is not to be criticized (the perch fillets were good but without the wow effect), the service was deplorable. Long wait, one of the servers overworked and the other absent, unorganized and when available, disrespectful. For us, it was still okay, but for other customers it was hell (I'm thinking particularly of the family with 2 children seated next to us). To pay, had to wait 45 minutes, no waiter in sight, then repeated requests. During and after the meal, the waiters served us and other customers present with lots of various excuses. One, I'm willing. But a whole repertoire... In short, we won't go back there.

The best ravioli I've ever eaten! Unfortunately the service is very disorganized. You therefore need to have a lot of time and a lot of patience. The waiters speak to customers at the other end of the terrace to ask them to sit at another table under the pretext that they have not yet cleared the table or that otherwise they will believe that they have already been served . The dishes are particularly expensive for the place and, in my opinion, are not worth their price. (Except the ravioli) The place is well located right next to the lake. I think that with a little effort this restaurant can have good potential.

The starter was excellent but the service was terrible. Two waiters for the terrace, one of them, nice but the other wasn't even able to say hello. The wait is endless and again, we were served before the people next to us who arrived before. The waiter kindly told us that he would give us water for the dog, we are still waiting, like the bread during the starter. Café gourmand is served without coffee which arrives once the desserts are eaten. When we dare to say something, the waiter replies that that's how it's done with them. On two occasions, customers arrived, the waiters said that they had to change places because the table was not clean when they could also have cleared it and washed it, right? Other customers were told that if they had gone elsewhere, they would have been seen and served before. Then, 3/4 hour to finally be able to pay.

Damage. The place is nice with the beach and the play area for children. But the place is poorly managed. Arriving at 12:25 we waited until 1:50 p.m. to get our dish (1 hour 25 wait). The waiters do their best but they are completely overwhelmed, stressed, one of them refuses to tell me what wines are by the glass and tells me to read the menu and that he will come back.... The other waiter is more cheerful but we can clearly see that he cannot keep up. They forget the salads as starters, and when it's time to serve the dish, one of the dishes is no longer available due to a technical problem. My wife only has one choice when it comes to eating at the same time as the others... Very unfortunate. We won't come back.

A nice little campsite restaurant that we like, welcoming and super friendly staff. Excellent cuisine, special mention to the polenta served as the dish of the day with a fillet of cod. Value for money, there is nothing to complain about. Take a trip there on your detours.

Nice discovery, new owner, nice waiter, completely renovated restaurant, really nice. Very good cuisine with fresh, seasonal products (beef fillet with wild garlic sauce) It’s amazing, I really enjoyed it and the plate was very well presented. In addition to a perfect setting by the beach, I can only recommend this restaurant

A delight! One of the best restaurants in North Vaudois! Wonderful cuisine and surroundings on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel! Go there with your eyes closed! Thanks again to chef Antoine Martin, thank you for his cooking and his sympathy.

Attractive menus and impeccable service

After a swim in the lake, dinner in the restaurant was planned. Since the kitchen doesn't open until 6:30 p.m., we had an aperitif. The lady who served us was probably off work afterwards. Her colleague, the new waiter, completely ignored us. We were left with empty glasses and the gentleman was just busy making preparations for later. We would have liked to order another round. However, we couldn't order anything. As he hurriedly ran past with “reserved boards,” he placed one on our table without comment. We still had empty glasses and definitely didn't feel like eating there anymore. We were completely ignored. Whether out of arrogance or because he was really so busy??? In any case, at least asking if we wanted anything else wouldn't have been too much to ask. Later, freshly dressed, we went to the restaurant in Grandson by the harbor, right next to the local fisherman. It was cheaper there and definitely better than at this arrogant restaurant!

Terrible service, too much waiting while the terrace is not full. There is a shed with posters where it says that they make hot dogs, croque-monsieur, nuggets, fries etc... well Wednesday evening 7 p.m. (school holidays) I am told no, we do nothing because there are not enough of us for the service ok so close the shed or at least take in these posters!!!!

Let's start with the positive: the taste of the dishes is really excellent and the waitress is particularly nice. On the other hand, the quantities really leave something to be desired. 5 perch fillets and around twenty fries... And to hide the emptiness, in the middle of the plate sat a gigantic salad that I didn't order... Taking into account the price of this dish, it was in at the same time the most expensive salad of my life, so I made the pleasure last by tasting each leaf...

Malgré un cadre plutôt sympathique, l’attente a été interminable pour un jour de semaine! Arrivés à 18h25, nous avons (enfin) été servis à plus de 20h. Pour un repas plutôt simple (viande sur ardoise) qui était une des deux seules variantes à choix pour la soirée (sinon pizza).

Le cadre est sympathique avec la vue sur le lac. Cependant un Spritz coûte 12 CHF, je n'avais jamais vu ça et surtout encore moins dans un camping. Rien ne justifie un tel prix et surtout un bol de cacahuète n'aurait pas été de refus pour un tel coût... dommage..un peu dégoûté par le prix excessif et non justifié..

At the edge of the lake with small beach and campsite with beautiful terrace no wait for 3 pizzas which are very good quiet place for a Sunday lunch surely vacation over. Just a shame WC you have to go to the campsite

Very nice place to eat. View to the lake, super friendly service, surpisingly good food for a camping side, but also a bit expensive. The camping side itself looked old, not super clean and not cosy, but the restaurant was nice. I recommend it has a stopover when you are doing a tour around the lake.

Restaurant located by the lake! The dishes were very good, plentiful and well presented! A pretty menu with fish, meat, pizzas and salads without forgetting the homemade desserts! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Let's not forget the beautiful view from the terrace.

Avec mon frère, nous sommes restés tout le mois de juillet au camping. Nous avons mangé tout les jours de la semaine au restaurant des pins. Nous pouvons bien en conclure que la nourriture est absolument excellente et de très bonne qualité. De plus, les employés et le chef sont super sympathiques et accueillants. C'est un restaurant où sans doute nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir:)

Le lieu et le service sont agréables, les gambas aussi. Malheureusement nous avons attendu 1h15 pour avoir nos plats. Le burger etait demandé saignant, il a été servi très cuit. En guise de compensation on nous a proposé des cafés, nous aurions préféré une remise sur la note. Dommage car le cuisinier semble talentueux vu la qualité du plat de gambas. Peut être un problème de charge vu le nombre de couverts ce samedi soir... Quelques détails améliorés permettraient un réel succès.

Dans un cadre magnifique, une soirée conviviale, devant un excellent repas, service impeccable, assez rapide. Parfait !

la désorganisation du service à fait que nous avons du réclamer. Ce qui n'a pas été apprécier par le patron de l'établissement. Qui s'est venu lui-même pour prendre notre commande. Lorsqu'il a compris que nous voulions aussi manger, il nous a lancé un -ah pour manger aussi. Nous avons quitté l'établissement sur le champ. A moins d'avoir un certain "standing de campeur" ou d'être près à être mal accueilli ne vous déplacer pas.

Très belle terrasse au bord du lac et le personnel est super sympa. Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçu avec la cuisine, Nous avons commandé l’entrecôte de bœuf qui était servi avec frites et salade. L'entrecôte de mon épouse était très coriace et les frites étaient servies ensemble dans le même plat !

Amazing place, secluded, by the lake. It was worth the detour but the reception left something to be desired. We made our way to the campsite to get something to drink. The restaurant had the capacity to accommodate a large number of people, but the gentleman preferred to place us in full sun on hot plastic sofas without cushions. It's not always easy to manage a restaurant, of course, but a smile and a decent welcome cost nothing. THANKS.

Arriving at 4 for a drink, we were redirected to a table in full sun because the terrace (half empty) was only for eating. We left straight away. Bad welcome

A really great tartare... to try without fear..

nous étions une bonne équipe de plusieurs personnes, service à midi terriblement long, trop long, très peu de filets de perches ( 6 ou 7 perches petites chez certains) trop cuites, pas de pommes vapeur ou de riz, a proposé des pommes sautées, trop cuites et sèches, 29frs l'assiette, on s'attends à autre chose pour ce prix là,Au Colvert à Yvonand pour 25frs vous avez une superbe salade et l'assiette est très bien remplie, et ya le choix pommes vapeur ou riz, voilà pareil pour les desserts, et surtout de venir déjà nous débarrasser la table, trop long, donc à améliorer rapidement le service, le choix, la quantité, et la cuisson ,sinon endroit magnifique, plage devant nous.

Liebevoll dekoriertes Restaurant unmittelbar am Ufer des Neuenburgersees! Der Service war hervorragend, entspannte Atmospähre und sehr gutes Essen. Alles war schön präsentiert, die Pizzas waren riesig und sehr fein. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch gerne mal, wenn eine Band spielt!

Very long wait to get 3 pieces of ice cream. The ice cream garnish (1 strawberry cut into small pieces) plays well with hide and seek, 4-5 pieces per cut only.

C'est une belle terrasse face au lac et au montagnes, et aussi face à la plage du même nom. C'est un magnifique endroit avec un beau point de vue. Il y a aussi le camping, un superbe endroit pour les heureux élus qui ont la chance d'avoir une place à l'année. L'endroit se situe entre la ligne de chemin de fer et le lac. A cette endroit le littoral du lac de Neuchâtel est resté passablement sauvage, il y a encore de la foret proche du lac et il y a aussi beaucoup de roseaux. L'idéal pour prendre des photos. Le restaurant est très sympa pour le menu du jour hors saison. Attention en pleine saison, en été, comme partout ailleurs il y a beaucoup de monde et le service peine à suivre. Mais ce restaurant reste très intéressant et sa situation reste particulièrement belle.

Une petite patate, un peu de légume, deux mini tranches de viandes (une tranche coupée en deux) et heureusement du pain pour ceux qui ont faim. Une demi-portion et encore...Dommage parce que c'était assez bon et assez rapide !Cher la patate

La serveuse était vraiment gentille, mais le service incroyablement lent (1 heure pour 4 pizzas et une assiette fitness). Les pizzas pas mal, mais les ingrédients ne correspondent pas au descriptif. Du coup perte de temps à retirer des câpres une par une sur la pizza au saumon... En plus, oubli de servir une salade, quand même facturée... bref ce n'était pas un bon moment...
