Restaurant Linde in Oberbüren

We now have our Höck's there and I really like it in the rest.Linde in the Sonnetal, the woman from Vienna is very friendly and attentive, that's good, keep it up, we'll be happy to come and thank you for your nice hospitality!!

The chicken cordon bleu we ordered was totally raw. Another dish we ordered was completely wrong as well. We ordered quite a lot from that restaurant and it was always good. But something changed and it's not the same anymore. This is totally not good at all serving raw chicken. I really advise not to order food from this restaurant until they fix this. We called and made a complaint. They cancelled the order and we actually got a refund which is good.

Ordered chicken cordon bleu which was mostly raw, unacceptable! Looking at other reviews after this incident it seems like this is happening regularly. Called the restaurant and was told “the cook was under heavy stress because of the amount of orders and chicken cordon bleu is difficult to make” as an excuse, also asked me “please don’t write a bad review for us”, received a refund.

I ate a beef tartare. Absolutely great. I haven't eaten such good tartare in a very long time 🥰🥰🥰

Unfortunately, despite the website (open), I stood in front of the closed door twice. We walked for about 2 hours to the linden tree. It was definitely the last time.

My girlfriend and I ate the C.Bleu Linde with butter rösti and the Rösti Bauer. I'm a chef myself and I can see that. Therefore something different: The butter rösti was extremely dry and simply tasted aromatic. The vegetables were a ready-made frozen package, also with plenty of flavor enhancers. The Corden Bleu wasn't really raw inside. The Rösti Bauer was also dry and had a foreign taste that simply doesn't belong in a Rösti. Over half ended up in the trash. The portion sizes were good. Overall, however, I haven't had such a bad meal in a very long time and it was definitely the first and last time we ate here. Not recommended this restaurant.!!
