Arrived quickly. Food is delicious, but two dishes were delivered incorrectly.

Worst experience ever, the only positive thing is the location which allows you to easily get to different places by public transport. Cleanliness completely absent inside the building, not only in the staff room, to which is added a terrible suffocating smell of fried food. Once we got to the room, in addition to opening the windows wide to avoid the bad smell, we had to clean the room ourselves given the amount of dust and dirt under the bed and on the bedside tables. Not to mention the stained sheets (in our opinion not washed). Acoustic insulation in the rooms completely absent. In addition to the staff's poor sense of hygiene and cleanliness, once we pointed out the situation and asked for a broom/vacuum cleaner, we heard the caretaker reply that at the price we paid, THIS is what you find in Switzerland. Absolutely not! We asked to pay only for the night we stayed, as it was literally impossible to stay in such a place. They refused to cancel the reservation and made us pay the cancellation fee. I would like to point out that we got two single rooms at Im Bitzi 7 FOR THE SAME PRICE. Fabulous owners, super clean, super nice and helpful. The low price is not an excuse to leave a DIRTY rental property and above all expect the guest to be willing to sleep there.

Terrible sushi, it's not fresh, it came like the salmon in it was frozen.

Just a 50% surcharge for Avocado Maki alone. Then I'll just order somewhere else. So you're not that good that you can afford the steep prices. For me, the other surcharges no longer represent a justified price/performance ratio!

Food came after 100 minutes even though it said 60 minutes. When asked, the courier was in a traffic jam (in Uzwil!?) Food was cold. Naan was fluffy. The food overall was tasteless. Chicken bland, as well as the yogurt sauce. There are definitely more authentic Indian restaurants in the Oberbüren area. Not recommended at all.

We ordered food for two people today. Total for just under 70 CHF. Half were delivered incorrectly and most were not delivered at all. When we asked whether there had been a mistake during delivery, we were told that we had received everything and simply hung up the phone. In the photo you can see what we got for 70CHF.

The last 2 times the delivery service has seen a massive decrease in quality and quantity. Price/performance is no longer right. The delivery time (ordered at 5:20 p.m.) was almost 70 minutes each time. The spring rolls were rather plump instead of crunchy and the portions of rice and nan bread were rather small. A pity

Called after more than an hour, supposedly just left, then they forgot about the call, but there is no longer a court. We chose something else instead, although it was cheaper, but we had already paid with Paypal. When the food arrived after almost *3 hours* we were allowed to discuss whether it had already been paid for. We also made the mistake of paying a tip directly when ordering. So you paid more for waiting for 3 hours. Food (sushi) was ok, but nothing more.

Already ordered for the second time. Delivered on time despite poor delivery conditions. The food was very tasty and generous. We will definitely order from there more often.

This is the second time I've ordered here and we'll do it again. Very good food and friendly staff.

Should a restaurant be child-friendly? My 3-year-old daughter, who was only recently diaper-free, urgently needed to go to the toilet. We stood at the post office and asked the counter where the nearest toilet was. We didn't have time to ask the restaurant if we could use it, otherwise a mishap would have happened. The boss snapped at us very unpleasantly and said that we should have asked first. Zero understanding for children! I'm very disappointed.

I like it because it's open again. There has also been a change.
