This is a traditional swiss country side restaurant. I love the variety of recipe my mother and grandmother used to cook. My personal highlight is the calf liver with butter rösti another of my favourite, the so called "Suure Mokkä" with mash potatoes. This is a roast being marinated several days in red vine, herbs and vinegar. Simply devine.
