Restaurant Lunik in Carouge (GE)

Excellent food, ambience and drinks! Lunch time need reservation. After 3 pm you can have fondue, some tapas and drinks. Fondue from Fromagerie Muller Geneve, fantastic! The owner is the difference. Charlene makes you feel home. I will be back.

Doors and windows open in a draft even though it's 4° outside. We had to insist on closing the doors and the windows above remained open. Server not smiling. Decent meal.

Beautiful terrace in the sun, in the heart of Carouge. Regular at this bistro at coffee time, first time eating there. A great surprise !! Salad + Steak and fries menu for the children, they loved the meat and the superb fries. I took the kidney menu with fries... Mmmmmmhhhhh delicious!!! This mustard sauce is wonderful. I absolutely recommend!!

Nice, it's a shame that some staff don't have a keener sense of business...if you go there on Saturday or Sunday buy your croissants before in a tea-room or even stay in the tea-room you'll save money.

Quiet restaurant, terrace, with a back room where you can be quiet, very friendly staff! Every Wednesday at lunchtime specials Tartare salad, matchstick potatoes and a scoop of ice cream at the end!! For a dish of the day, tartare is well served and very good!! They are also a card with good things * On the other hand, they have to call because I'm not sure if they cook in the evening

Finally and again a good neighborhood bistro

This is a nice neighborhood café restaurant to discover. . THE LUNIK. name of one of the first Soviet space probes was opened in 1958.. Monique, the manager, took over the café in the 90s from her parents, who had managed it since 1961. With Romenia assisting her, they always warmly welcome customers made up of residents, friends and regulars of the neighborhood. The cuisine is traditional and homemade. A calm and welcoming haven in the neighborhood.
