The Union restaurant has emerged from the shadows into the light. Compared to some of its dark predecessors, the current establishment has undergone a remarkable rejuvenation. It has transformed into a colorful and bright space, where the setting and character are drawn on the walls through a design of lush vegetation. The calming shade of green provides a relaxing experience for guests, who can relax in the lounge's comfortable armchairs. The range of possibilities offered to customers, whether in terms of choice of tables or adjustment of lighting, allows everyone to make a judicious and personalized choice. A large table is also available for groups or for those who love sharing. The restaurant's cuisine is sought after and demonstrates assertive quality. Although the choice of dishes is limited, each dish is mastered brilliantly, offering a taste pleasure from the moment the dishes are served. The menu is regularly updated according to the seasons and fresh produce available. On my last visit, the perfect egg proved to be a real delight, followed by succulent beef. As for dessert, the simple reminder still awakens my taste buds. The restaurant fully deserves its praise, both for its exquisite cuisine and its commitment to social welfare. However, a slight downside concerns the soundproofing of the room. We were accompanied by a person wearing a hearing aid, who was somewhat bothered by the sound reverberation.
