Never had any problems at Fu's. Except for yesterday. I ordered duck and had food poisoning afterwards. Stomach cramps and the full program.

Ate very well. I've been ordering food there for 3 years. Never been disappointed. Courier always friendly. Delivery always came on time. Simply great👍👍

Food is fine, more on the expensive side for fast food. Portion size is good. Despite eating there once every week I can recommend that place due to the awful service. Getting ignored (to go) was one thing, the other thing is when the employees let their friends casually skip the line. Wont visit again.

Didn't get what was asked for. Not nice. Card thingy didn't work. Food tasted horrible. Sorry, but not fine.

I have always ordered food and have been thrilled every time. Duck strips in satay sauce are the absolute highlight! Large portions and really worth the price. My all time favorite.

Don't order the food online - you'll wait 2 hours for the food! To save money, they don't hire staff, which is why you have to wait so long for everything. Telephones are also being disconnected.

The dish was too dry because there was not enough sauce and the chicken nuggets were cooked too long or kept warm for too long. We ate in the restaurant it was pretty cold there!!

Both already ordered food and eaten it on site. The food is super tasty and the price/performance ratio is right. Unfortunately, when the food was delivered, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours instead of the announced 30 minutes! Unfortunately, this service is extremely negative. But I would recommend eating there.

I ordered chicken and received tofu. The saleswoman was completely overwhelmed, named half of the dishes incorrectly and seemed stressed. The “chicken” was dry, there was hardly any sauce, it didn’t taste like anything. I’m very disappointed…

We ordered through Just Eat, delivery took longer than stated. The reason was that there was a huge rush of orders... it can happen sometimes. The food was very tasty and the portions were nice and big. The price performance is great. Gladly again :-) Dishes with duck were ordered.

lunch box: 12chf is a long under-served price point in Switzerland that only a kebab or the supermarket usually betters. And students get 10 CHF! Not 5 stars cos it was blander than it looked, but that's based on one specific dish, only tried once, and relative to a similar dish at another wonderful place which costs 25chf. Hopefully next time might be a rare 5 stars. This is fantastic value for good food.

We had the food ordered home and it was really tasty, you thought of everything (sticks, fortune cookies, different sauces etc) really recommended!

Perfect delivery to the campsite. Very friendly service! The food is simply excellent, very soothing for the palate and gentle on the stomach. Really no joke, best Chinese food! I had the red curry with tofu and beef satay. Both highly recommended.

Food was good. Unfortunately, prices have become far too expensive. When ordering, even the confusion was confusing, it was impossible to communicate with the staff and 4 people had to explain to the lady what they wanted to order. We also ordered 2 drinks, which unfortunately were not given, but were charged for. However, greetings go out, you were better than you were at Wasserturmplatz and cheaper.

Had the crispy duck, was on point. Just the right amount of crispiness. Came with rice and veggies. Recommend also using the spicy chili sauce.

We ordered online and the delivery time was met, sweet and sour chicken and orange duck, both very good and large portions. The duck was a little dry, also because “sauce refined with orange slices” was missing.

Good food and large portions at a good price. Unfortunately, depending on the service, queuing at the take-away window can take a long time, even if the line isn't too big. This should definitely be improved.

The food is okay, but I'm still not entirely satisfied. When we wanted to take a student box for another student a week earlier, we were told that he had to be present otherwise we would have to pay the full price of a lunch box, but next time we could just bring a student ID card. This time it was said that it was not allowed to buy a student box for someone else with just a student ID card! I'm confused??

Wanted to eat Asian food locally. Had to choose my food at the window. There was a long queue on the street. I decided not to wait and went to eat at another restaurant! A pity!!!

Very friendly staff and the food was always very warm when delivered. 👍 After that, the waiting time is a little long, but if you know it, you can order a little earlier. It's a shame that you can only get the thick rice noodles locally and don't get them directly as a standard delivery. They taste 1000 times better than these thin noodles. And unfortunately another drawback is the packaging. It's great that it's not plastic👍 But it's really difficult to open and, depending on your bad luck, the sauce spills out next to it. But otherwise highly recommended.👍⭐

Sweet and sour chicken is good, the chicken with satay sauce has nothing to do with Asian let alone satay... champions... don't belong in there and it's not slightly spicy either and it didn't taste like peanut sauce either! Maybe the wrong one was delivered. The steamed pork dumplings taste like lukewarm dumplings with a bit of dough... not at all... the baked won ton are dry, small and fried for too long. pity about the food and the money.

When I tried to clarify this problem, I was shouted hissterically in my ear, very, very bad, not recommended P.s. I could see the delivery so lying doesn't help - the address is automatically given in the app just because you can't read Furthermore, the statement that I will report this to the police is not a threat But simply my civil rights

Ordered yesterday and fell in love. I‘m in awe with the noodles. I ordered a small box with noodles and spicy curry. Absolutely doing this again and recommending it to my friends, the price matches with the amount of food you get!

So, now the truth. Food was very, very good, no question. But what's wrong with delivery? Already ordered 4 times and it has never arrived on time! Something like that cannot simply be tolerated. Not even an agreed time (1.5 hours) in advance is delivery on time. A pity.

Food was good, everything else was disastrous. Delivery delayed by approx. 30 minutes (due to the employee not the courier). When I asked in a friendly manner I was shouted at, when I tried to explain my point of view it was put in my face... really low-level boss and employee, there are some better rests where you are treated normally.

A delicious take away is offered here. The price of 10 francs for an oversized portion is unbeatable. I recommend the Sweet Sour Chicken. Yummy!

I ordered beef with red curry and fried rice. Everything was very tasty but half of the meat was just covered in fat. Unfortunately a no-go sorry!

Simply sensational! Thank you very much, dear Neuhaus team, you have really added positive value to our time during the Corona lockdown. We ordered orange duck with rice. The delivery came on time (we even contacted you while we were on the way), the food was warm and packaged with a lot of love. Unpacking the food was a real pleasure and the view inside was overwhelming. The duck is nicely fried, with orange slices in between. Fine sauce, etc., etc. We are truly full of praise and can only warmly recommend you. As soon as the lockdown is over and you can eat in the restaurant again, we will definitely stop by again. Until then, your take away service is awesome! Go on like that.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen an einem Samstag Abend bestellt. Jeweils eine Vor- und Hauptspeise und verschiedene Beilagen. Die Gerichte kamen genau wie bestellt an, schneller als in der angegebenen Zeit und warm. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen, auch die Portionen waren reichlich, jeder wurde satt. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Bestellung.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung! Suppe hervorragend, Ente war ein wenig trocken. Aber durchwegs zufrieden!
