Restaurant Neuland in Bürglen (UR)

Nous avons été très déçu de notre passage dans ce restaurant. Nous avons commandé la soupe du jour en fin d'après-midi après une randonnée. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de voir le patron-cuisinier ajouter de la poudre dans une casserole avec de l'eau et fouetter le tout. De plus, ce potage de survie était servi dans de minuscules bols.Bien que le cadre soit agréable, nous déconseillons ce restaurant à la "cuisine d'assemblage".

The perfect place to simply switch off and leave everyday life behind. Patricia and Sarah are great hosts and you can tell from the first to the last moment that the Alp is run with a lot of passion. The Älplermacronen and the Zmorgä strengthen you for the 30 minute climb/descent and although we were a bit unlucky with the weather, it was simply beautiful! Gladly again!
