After checking in at 4 p.m. we wanted to move into the room. Oh shock, the room wasn't tidy and they forgot to prepare it. The second thing we had to realize was that it was not the south-facing panorama room we had booked and confirmed, but that we had been allocated a room with a north-east orientation. We immediately intervened at reception, with the result that the room was prepared immediately. The argument of an upgrade with a larger area was used to change the allocation of rooms. However, we weren't happy with the room, but we still had to acquiesce and, disappointingly, accept it. The breakfast buffet corresponds to the standard of a 3-star hotel. However, the staff seems to be overwhelmed and not technically trained. The buffet was not kept up to date and the tables were not cleared after leaving. When you spoke to the staff you got negative answers. There is an enormous need for action here! We were very disappointed with the hotel stay. Basically, the rooms would be pleasantly furnished and the bathroom would be clean and attractively equipped.

Rooms functional and location great. Breakfast: it has everything, but coffee capsules should not run out and tables are not cleared quickly. So people don't free up the tables because they constantly have to wait for food and many people don't have space. When the tables were "freshly" made, used place settings were cleared away, what was not used was left on the table, yes, was this really not needed? Who can control that! And the table wasn't freshly cleaned with a rag, no, only the bread crumbs were wiped away with my hand. No go!
