Restaurant Pizzeria Post in Rheinfelden

We were not treated particularly friendly by the service staff after the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) ordered 1 pizza and a pasta dish. Incomprehensibly, an extra 4 francs was charged for serving the pizza on two plates.

Very well run restaurant with Diverse menu, especially the pizzas are excellent and very good. The boss usually entertains the guests himself.

There were 10 of us eating, very chaotic, inattentive staff, lots of idle time, long waiting times until the dessert came and then we had to wait again until the spoon for the dessert came, which turned the ice cream into a frappe. The iced coffee came with a chocolate sauce. Not recommended, it's a shame

Have ordered for delivery. The salad pictured (Insalata della Casa) cost 19.50 chf. When I asked over the phone whether I was serious about the size of the portion, I just said, “Yes, sorry, that’s just the way it is. There’s nothing you can do.” I hate to write negative reviews, but I will neither order here nor visit the restaurant in the future. Great for years, but I won't be a guest here anymore.

We just wanted a drink, he didn't accept us. Then the six of us wanted to share two pizzas and still have a drink. He didn't accept that either and asked us to leave. Very great and attentive service. Even though they were supposed to close, my friend and I were allowed to order a pizza, which was excellent. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. Family business, very nice service, food simply mmmhhh. Always give a small dessert or espresso for free. When the weather is nice you can sit outside in the beautiful old town. The only downside were the cars driving past every now and then. Otherwise I can only recommend it.

Good day, 5 pizzas ordered via homepage today May 6th, 2022 (order number 374585577151) at 10:56 (order confirmation email is from 10:56) The pizza was finally delivered at 12:30. That's a 1.5 hour delivery time, far too long! The quality of the pizzas are very good, but the last time we ordered we had to wait a long time. When you call you get the message succinctly, 10 minutes. No apology or reduction. A pity.

Were there for the first time and had two lunch menus (starter, main course, small dessert). The price is ok and the taste is good. Service friendly, ambience is great. All in all it was pretty nice, but not great. It's just not original Italian and you can always tell.

The food is overpriced and the service is terrible. The pizza has something sweet. And the best thing happened to me at the end: I wanted to go to the toilet and couldn't even close the door

Hello Restaurant Post. Last Saturday (May 29th, 2021) I wanted to place an order by phone in the evening. The gentleman who answered the phone didn't understand my Swiss German. That's why I tried to speak in standard German. After several attempts, it only worked because I had to be patient and spell out my name and delivery address. What was ordered: green salad. 7.50 Pizza FCB 20.50 Gordon Bleu Post with pasta 27.50 Tiramisu 7.50 After about 60 minutes we were looking forward to the food we ordered. I rounded the amount up to 70 with great anticipation. Pizza, salad, tiramisu was fine. The Gordon Bleu Post wasn't warm, and I got soggy fries instead of the pasta I ordered. I immediately phoned you to nicely explain my concern that I didn't order what was delivered. MY PHONE WAS HANGED OFF ........... That's not possible at all!! A few minutes later I received a phone call from one of their employees who apologized to me and asked me if I would like any more noodles delivered. Hmm, well, to be honest I expected more from the Cordonbleu, in terms of taste, size and meat. It's a shame, because the restaurant otherwise doesn't make a bad impression.

Addendum second order and minus two stars. Ordered at 7:04 p.m., delivery confirmed in 59 minutes. After 90 minutes I asked and despite the order confirmation by email, apparently no order had been received at the restaurant. Boss then wanted to contact EAT.ch. Unfortunately no response at 10:10 p.m. So no pizza, no wine which was promised last time and no food. Of course, that makes you mad and doesn't motivate you to place another order. Unless the case is still being clarified between the restaurant and EAT.CH. Then I would at best correct the stars again because the restaurant is not responsible for obvious errors on the part of EAT.CH. I'm curious to see if I hear anything else, because of course I wrote to EAT.CH right away. So: now instead of the good pizza there is an oven pizza. Better than having nothing in your stomach... _____________________________________________________________________ The pizza was very nice. But the delivery service is really very bad. It took over 90 minutes! We are in the neighboring village. After calling more than an hour later, I was promised a bottle of wine as compensation. Unfortunately this was not delivered. The messenger said he had delivered it to the wrong person. I understand something different by good service. I really have to think about whether I order here again. Even if the pizza is good, the service should at least work to some extent. Unfortunately, the service ruins everything that the kitchen did well. I have to take credit for the fact that after my bad review I received a call in which I apologized again in a very formal way. Therefore one more star than originally given.

We have enjoyed coming here for many years. We think it's the best pizza around! The autumn versions with porcini mushrooms or deer are currently highly recommended! And the friendly hospitality of the owner. You feel pampered here!

We had a voucher for Pizzeria Post and we thought it was great then we ordered it to take home as we are not going to the restaurant at the moment because of Corona. We were told on the phone that the voucher was only valid in the restaurant and not for the delivery service. I think it's a disgrace that it's only valid in the restaurant, especially in times of Corona, and it doesn't say on the voucher that it's only valid for the restaurant. It'll probably expire because it's only valid for half a year. Thank you very much pizzaria post you have already pocketed the money. We know that after corona we will no longer visit a restaurant like this because you are not customer friendly

Waiting times were too long for 3 pizzas. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes. After an hour, contact was made again and it was reported that the pizzas were in the oven. From then on we waited another 50 minutes. You feel completely fooled. Mistakes can happen, but you should admit it! No discount or a bottle of wine nothing, very very weak. I returned the flyers and will never go to the restaurant or order anything again. It's a shame because the pizzas are actually great.

The lasagna I ordered was really subpar. Sauce with no taste, more sauce than pasta. Absolutely no go.

Ordered a pizza via the restaurant's homepage at 7:34 p.m. You will then receive a confirmation by email with the amount of 19.50 francs and the delivery time of 40 minutes Received a call at 8:25 p.m. that the pizza was now in the oven and it cost 23.- Fr.! The person on the phone couldn't tell me why it suddenly costs more! Conclusion: Pizza Canceled, waited 51 minutes and ordered a pizza for the last time in this store.

I spent over an hour waiting for my veal gordonbleu. Conclusion. Eat lukewarm, 1/4 raw veal, cheese not melted and the fries are cold and soggy like a wet rag. At a proud price of 27.- chf.

Despite corona, despite a sign that no more than 5 people (4 adults + 1 baby) are allowed to stay, we were offered to sit at 2 tables separately... And despite an agreement over the phone that we are 4 + a baby and Although it was confirmed to us that this would be okay, it was not possible to sit together at the table and eat. Looked for the nearest pizzeria on the same street and there was no problem.

Ordered a pizza and a green salad at 6:51 p.m. It was delivered at 8:26 p.m. When I called after waiting an hour, I was told in about 15 minutes with the excuse that they had a traffic jam. No price discount or any other excuse but a flyer for the next order that I was happy to give back. Otherwise very friendly.
