Ristorante Pizzeria Roma is the place where we celebrate all important family events. The team is very warm and accommodating. Even though the resti is really always full, they make sure you feel comfortable and have a smile on your face. The food is excellent 10/10! Probably the best pizza outside of Italy. You have to try Pepe Verde. Highly Recommended.

For the first and last time! That's what they call a rip-off. There were about 35 people there and that was our Christmas dinner. A meal consists of a piece of meat. They brought us some fries 10 minutes later, but we were also charged for it. Someone paid 7Fr. for a cola and someone 11 Fr. I've never experienced anything like that in Switzerland. Service was annoyed and very unfriendly. That was a disaster. Three colleagues at work also had diarrhea the next morning. Never again!

There were 4 dinners...the waiter was somehow NOT MOTIVATED to work. Our colleague wanted another ingredient in her dish but the “waiter” commented dismissively and not happy about it, which came across as “unfriendly/cheeky” to all of us! The entire time the waiter was kind of "weird" with everyone... The main course and dessert were OK but nothing out of the ordinary which won't attract US to "Roma" again. We'd rather try another "Italian host" who will hopefully be friendlier to us...

Tonight I had the most horrible experience at this place and in a restaurant. The waiter was rude as no one before. My husband, mother in law and I were treated so bad from him. First we order drinks and food, all fine so far then he brought some chilis we were enjoying our dinner and then he approached twice to ask if we are still using the chillis, well we were eating still so was obvious and he left. After without asking he took it away from us without saying anything still food in our plates of course, we felt he was making pressure on us as Im pregnant I eat slow I’m sorry. We got the bill straight minutes after without asking him to bring it, then he asked if we want to order some desserts or coffee…really? He was literally kicking us out before; we were upset ready to leave then well it took around 20 min to pay and we had to wave more than 5 times that he comes to check out our bill because at this point he likes to ignore us.I felt very uncomfortable about the whole stress he could show to us. Not fair at all for a family who was expecting to have a nice dinner together. You must check on the bad vibes at this restaurant and work on your personal service. So far the worst I ever had.

The place is cozy and nice. We went there for a lunch & it was full-packed. maybe because it was Sunday and at the same time, it‘s mother‘s day. The pizza was from a brick stone oven and the taste was excellent! We really enjoyed our food & the staff are friendly. I even got a long-stemmed rose ;-) So thoughtful! highly recommended this place.
