I ate lamb with risotto and a vegetable side dish. The meat was perfectly medium rare, the vegetables were nice and soft and not mushy, and the risotto was well seasoned. Please don't change anything in the recipe, it was perfect for us. We'd love to come back!!!

Wir wahren am Samstagabend, im Pöstli essen.Auf der Hompage habe ich gelesen,dass es eine Glutenfreie und Laktosenfrei Speisekarte gebe.(leider auf der Hompage nicht).So habe ich mich für Pizza entschieden.Den man 1Tag vorher bestellen sollte,was kein Problemwahr.Die Glutenfreie Pizza war sehr fein,ein super feiner Pizzateig.(hatte auch meinem Mann geschmeckt).Sehr freundliches und sehr kompetentes Personal,dass sehr gut Auskunft gibt.Zur Vorspeise hatte ich einen kleinen Tomaten Mozzarellasalat für 13.50Fr .Da wurde ich etwas enttäusch war sehr sehr klein für den Preis.Das Dessert war dafür sehr sehr fein.Das Citronesorbet mit Limoncello.Mein Mann hatte ein Zabaione das wahr Spitze.Wir werden wieder kommen,und ich werde sehr gerne ein anderes Glutenfreies Gericht probieren.
