The staff is very courteous and immediately welcomes you with a big smile and a lot of friendliness. In the restaurant you can really feel the "at home" atmosphere, a familiar and comfortable Italian atmosphere. I must also say that the pizza is good, perhaps the best I have ever tasted in Switzerland so far and certainly the best in Winterthur (at least according to my tastes). Like everything there is definitely room for improvement, but you can't complain too much.

3 weeks ago we reserved a table for last night. However, when we arrived on time, we were informed that our table was still occupied and we would have to wait outside. Outside we met two other groups who were also waiting for their reserved tables. This experience was disappointing and not at all customer friendly. Small delays can happen, but 30 minutes in the cold without an apology despite having a reservation is unacceptable. We decided to go to another restaurant and will avoid Pulcinella in the future.

Well, yesterday we came to the restaurant and we were told (not really in a friendly way) that you had a table problem and that there was currently no free space available. We should wait outside (in winter) until a table becomes available. That's when we asked ourselves what we actually reserved for you. If you are overbooked or have a table problem, let your customers know early enough or stop accepting reservations. That can happen and we would have understood that. But to be honest, I think it's pretty wrong to simply turn away a group of 7 people who made reservations 3 weeks ago. We were really looking forward to it because your food is really good. And we weren't the only customers waiting outside (all of whom had reservations). It's really a shame for you, we won't be visiting you again. We then found a great restaurant that gave us a warm welcome.

My favorite restaurant in Winterthur and always worth a visit! The service is friendly, attentive but not intrusive. The food is excellent and the menu offers something for every taste. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. The price is also absolutely reasonable.

Been here twice for dinner. 1st time I had a Pizza with Prosciutto di Parma, was very tasty and authentic! Second time I had spaghetti ‘allo scoglio’ with shrimps and clams and mussels: sooo good! Reasonable prices, typical Italian trattoria atmosphere. I recommend this place for an authentic italian meal (pizza or pasta)

The pasta was very tasty and the atmosphere on Saturday evening was also nice. For a meal for two people it wasn't expensive at all. It was a bit loud inside with all the people, if you prefer it quieter in the evening - but it didn't bother us.

We were served quickly. We had to wait a little for the dessert menu alone. But that was probably due to the rush. Drinks completely non-carbonated. The red onion salad was really good. Good, light dressing. Balsamic vinegar served with it is also good. Mixed salad and the tomato salad with onions was a disappointment. Maybe carrots from the bag? Pizzas OK. Bottom was thin and crispy. Nicely documented. Dessert was OK too. There was tiramisu and panna cotta. The owner (?) is unique. Entertaining, Italian charm. The service, on the other hand, is reserved. Gave a slightly annoyed impression. The chairs outside were very uncomfortable. You always slide your back all the way back. All in all we were satisfied.

Food is very good. It's a shame that the table wasn't reserved despite having previously reserved it!

Dear Tony and Fabio, thank you for everything. Here you immediately feel like you are in Italy. I would have also liked to photograph the tuna carpaccio but the speed with which it disappeared from the radar was faster than the speed of the iPhone lens. The tuna steak with risotto, also at risk of extinction, was miraculously saved and I managed to immortalise it at the last second😅
