There were 7 of us eating Chinoise. The staff was totally overwhelmed, inattentive, you always had to order drinks twice or three times until it worked because everything was always forgotten. When the salad was served, the specialist poured salad dressing into a filled wine glass, there was no apology and we had to draw her attention to the problem. She also poured salad dressing on another guest's scarf and jacket, which he had hung on the back of the chair, but the specialist didn't notice that either. I ordered the fondue chinoise menu at Rebstock on New Year's Eve. In addition to the constant waiting, things kept getting forgotten. There were lipstick marks on the glass which were then excused as 'stress'. As a starter there was bruschetta which had maybe 3-4 tomatoes on it with soft bread as if it had been oiled hours ago. Unfortunately I can't recommend the fondue either. Overall, we left there with an empty stomach.
