We went to thesichterenhof with a group of 20 people after a reservation. As always, the service staff was very customer-oriented and humorous. The starters and main courses as well as the dessert and the coffee were presented and served in a timely manner. Especially since all 20 people ordered individually according to their needs. A wedding was announced. Unfortunately there was no warm food. Today on the 23rd I'm back and I was able to eat. True, very full. The food was great. Service was quick. Then I had a special request: orange juice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not on the thank you dessert card. I got it.

Unfortunately, only a smaller menu is offered on Sunday. Unfortunately, this is nowhere on the homepage (otherwise we would have looked for another restaurant). The food was ok to good. The service was also ok, not really organized as people often asked the same thing or not at all😂 but the ladies were friendly. It was explained to us that there are not enough staff in the kitchen to cook the normal menu, which I understand, but when the restaurant is full a good landlord would have to change the number of cooks. Was the last time I was there. It's a shame it's all about the money.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Very child friendly. It has a children's play area and a great outdoor playground with 3 slides and other play equipment. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and there is even a children's menu.

To all the complainers and dissatisfied people, there is nothing to complain about or complain about in this restaurant, even if you have to wait 10 minutes for a scoop of ice cream, especially Chappo in front of the service staff and the kitchen brigade, top performance. Despite the restaurant being full, there is enough parking space. Service super friendly, reasonable prices! Nice feel-good feeling on the terrace when the weather is nice. Ordered entrecote medium but unfortunately it has already been completely eaten (that can happen). Nevertheless, the food was very good and the salad as a starter was also top. No long waiting times and ketchup and mayo were put directly on the table with the main course! We'd love to come back!

Thesichternhof is a good middle-class restaurant. Large portions and a good selection on the daily menu are a plus. The landlord is very nice and cooks very well👍🏽😋

Lovely dinner spent on the terrace. Food was on the table quickly and was very tasty. Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the drinks; we had to ask three times before we finally got them. Nevertheless, a highly recommended and cozy restaurant.

Very nice hosts with great service. Arrived there spontaneously on a Saturday and we still got a place at Sääli. The food was very good and the portions were generous at an absolutely reasonable price. I found the restaurant myself by searching on Google Maps and based on the previous reviews I was sure that it must be good here. Direct hit! I can absolutely recommend it.

If a restaurant deserves the rating “Excellent” then it is the Blickung Hof. Due to poor health, I wanted to go out to eat and had to stop in the middle of ordering. I got the food home with me and was able to pay for it the next day with the learning dishes, I just don't have any words for it other than super good food, excellent human manner, very friendly!

There were two of us. The staff was always very friendly, the food was good and came to the table quicker than in most restaurants. We were there from 6:30 p.m. to around 8 p.m. The view was wonderful, nature all around. We had reserved a table on the terrace. In the picture you can see one of the main courses (SichtereRösti): A schnitzel on bacon on raclette cheese on rösti. To drink there was Feldschlösschen beer on tap. What else?

Nice excursion restaurant with a large garden terrace and a good view of the surrounding area. There are also enough parking spaces in the surrounding area. You can also easily get to the restaurant on foot from the Liestal train station in about 30 minutes along a beautiful path through the forest. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful. The menu is varied and partly adapted to the season or the season. The food is tasty and well presented on the plate. The dessert menu also looks promising.

When the weather was sunny, we wanted to have lunch inside the restaurant. But a rude boss pointed out to us that it was only open outside. I think it's a shame when you can't sit where you want. But there are still plenty of restaurants where you can sit inside and outside and be spoken to nicely!!!!

I can really warmly recommend this restaurant. Beautiful ambience (outside with nature) and friendly hospitality from A to Z... Great! In the past we had a craving for sausage and cheese salad with fries (awesome) and that's how we became aware of the restaurant. Since then we have been eating different things there regularly, think it's great and really enjoy going there. 5 stars +

On normal days a very good restaurant with friendly staff. However, we were there on Mother's Day and we couldn't eat until 6 p.m., but the restaurant closed at 8 p.m. without telling us. In addition, there was only a reduced menu (understandably) but only with the most expensive dishes on it, so you had no choice but to take something "normally priced" and half of it was no longer available. In addition, the waiter was outrageously rude and only took the orders half-spokenly. This visit left me deeply disappointed, so I will no longer visit the restaurant.
